The Filipidis studios were an ideal choice close to the beach. The rooms were smart by Greek standards and had a kettle and fridge. The beds were comfortable and the family were friendly. There was a book exchange library here. The only major issue for us was the fact there was no air conditioning and to hire a small fan which was ineffective cost 40 euros for 2 weeks. We would not hesitate to return here although the the high number of wasps in the resort were a problem. We got stung 5 times in all and that in itself was very off putting. Best to eat well after dark when the wasps have gone to bed!!

These studios are located in a nice area close to the beach with a selection of Tavernas nearby. The rooms are simply but nicely furnished. Ours had a double bed and we would have preferred a twin bedded room which is not romantic but would have been better as it was hot and there was no air conditioning available. No kettle but otherwise reasonably equipped and spotlessly clean. The staff could not have been more friendly. Overall we thought a good choice. Like most properties in Golden Beach no swimming pool but a fabulous beach on the door step.

These studios are in the ideal location being on the borders of Golden Beach and Skala Potamis. This gives you the best of both worlds with Golden Beach having wonderful sands and Skala Potamis having a better selection of tavernas (the food was a better quality here) and also a few low key bars.
Our only complaint was we specifically requested a twin bedded room and were given a double. We were not sure if any twin bedded available at this accommodation. The rooms were basic, clean and reasonably well equipped but did get hot.
Overall The Filipidis studios were about LOCATION LOCATION absolutely wonderful.

In a great position located on the borders of Golden Beach and Scala Potomis with the beach 2 minutes walk away.
Execellent accommodation in every aspect and we would certainly return here. Only small downside no swimming pool.

This accommodation is situated at the east end of the resort of Golden Beach near the divide with Skala Potamis so you can take advantage of the best of both resorts.
Three minutes walk and you are on the beach.
The rooms are well equipped, clean and comfortable and a surprise for Greece the plumbing worked OK.
The staff are friendly and the only minor disappointment was there being no swimming pool on site.
