rated the Federal Hotel Kuala Lumpur as follows: Cleanliness Location Staff Food Entertainment	said: The rooms were large we were in 308 over looking the pool. Very dirty - carpet, curtains, bathroom. Seems the hotel is very unloved in need of a serious tidy up I would def NOT class this as a 4* hotel. Lobby areas nice but rooms MAJOR dissapointment. Pool area seemed more like a storage area with kitchen trolleys ect. Stairs broken on pool, lots of rust. The location was the only good point.
