The hotel does tend to cater better for conferences rather than other guest with many rooms closed.
The room we had was nice although could have done with a little makeover as it looked quite old and dated. The cleaning was done very well though. The bed were wonderful
Some staff were ok although others were a bit unhelpful, especially when some items went missing. They didn't seem to want to help.
The hotel food is very posh and can be very expensive. There are 3 resturants in the hotel and you will find they carry some of the same food.
The hotel did have a business centre and internat access was very expensive and for the hotel that size it was a bit of a scrum for the 6 computers there.
The one good thing was that the hotels lower level was linked to the Toronto Path system, but that also ment anyone from the general public had access to the hotel.
The pool was nice although very small and cold. The hot tub was wo
It was good for sleeping in at night although i wouldn't want to spend much more time than that there.
If we go back to Toronto i think we would stop elsewhere
