| Popular with families, the Sunshine Apartments are a simply furnished, family-run complex with a relaxed and informal atmosphere. They're in a great location too, close to the beach as well as the shops, restaurants and bars of San Antonio Bay, whilst the centre of San Antonio itself is just a short bus or ferry ride away. |

| said: Having read reviews on this apartment I was petrified! They sounded dreadful, I was in two minds whether to try and change our accommodation at the last minute. But I am glad I did not. Fantastic location! 3 minutes walk to small beach. Seconds away from shops, bars etc. 5 minutes walk to catch boat to San Antonio (2 euros each) Great.
Hotel was basic but clean. (Although some mindless fools had engraved graffitti on the bed head board and the wardrobe doors - no need). Maid service 3 times in 1 week, which is ok. All Hotel Staff friendly. Yes this is mainly for the young. But we did not experience much noise, as most of the apartment went out on the Town at around 11/12pm returning next morning at around 6/7am.
3 floors, 2 lifts. Never had to wait for the lift, not once! which is a bonus.
Pool clean and adequate, although with the beach being so close, we did not use it. Pool bar opened daily serving basic (but nice) food. Again friendly staff.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we would definitely go back, and recommend to others.

In a good location but they are no way family orientated.
We were woke up regularly at 7am with gangs just returning from nightclubs.
Although the rooms are clean they are in desperate need of refurbishing.Air conditioning is advertised in the brochure as free but you have to pay a deposit of 50 euros which it doesn't mention.
Wouldn't stay here again unless they were refurbished and catered more for families.

| said: Booked this complex as a family holiday going with friends, and 15 teenagers, age ranges are 11 - 50 with 4 x 18 yrs old 3 x 17 yrs old etc, and so when it stated in the brochure, could not guarantee young people wouldnt be staying there, that didnt bother us.
What did bother us is the fact, that the brochure states family run complex, relaxed and informal atmosphere, give free child places, childrens menus available on site, childs pool, cots available, and yet, there were grown men running around naked, swimming all through the night, running up and down corridors, banging on doors.
Robberies inside the hotel, yobs throwing glasses off the balconies, and up to balconies, throwing eggs at other apartments, and smashing glasses in and around the pool.
Certainly not suitable for young teenagers, families, 20 year old adults, older people, in fact I dont recommend this complex to anyone at all, who want a holiday, its more like a war zone.

| said: Me and my teenage son stayed in these apartments for a week.
room was clean but old fashioned.
If you want any sleep do not stay in a room overlooking the pool, the music from the pool bar is loud and its 24 hours.
However the bar is open 24 hrs, as well as serving pizza at
all hours!!!!
This hotel was clean and well run.
Top tip: pay for the air con!! this allows you to close the doors and shut out the continuous partying.

| said: Booked it as per brochure, as a family with kids and part of a party of 22 inc 7 kids.
Hotel is very basic but clean.
No entertainment at all, loud dance music played all day around pool, groups of lads and girls banging doors and running up and down at all hours, should not be advertised as a family friendly hotel.
