We went DIY and I booked flights with Easyjet and had no problems with them...

All through the stages of booking, they were extremely helpful, and staff speak very good English...They recommended a shuttle to us for a great price, and when we decided at the last minute that we wanted it and were too late to get the shuttle, they booked a taxi for us at a great pre-confirmed price - much cheaper than just getting a taxi straight from CDG
When booking, make sure you request an Eiffel Tower view - THATS RIGHT!! This was one of the main reasons that I booked to stay here... the view from our room was amazing to say the very least!! They only have a few Tower view rooms so make sure you request one!!
The rooms were on the small side, but we were only there to sleep - the rest of the time we were out exploring Paris... so this wasn't a bother at all... Rooms were VERY clean, and there were little freebies in the bathroom....
Breakfast is typically French - bread, croissants, cereal, etc....
The Hotel doesn't provide entertainment, but since there wasnt an N/A option, it seemed a pity to bring the rating down because of entertainment....
