We have just returned from staying in the Trivizas Appartments which were of an excellent standard.

Andreas and Rachel who run the complex were extremely welcoming and great fun.

The apartments were cleaned every day along with fresh towels. We had two 16 year old boys with us and the cleaners returned later in the day to change their sheets.

The pool was very clean and the poolside bar was a great place to be in the evening.

I would recommend these apartments, especially if you have teenage children - Andreas and Rachel will make sure they have a holiday to remember.

The Trivizas Apartments in Sidari were fantastic and located in an excellent location. The beach was on your doorstep and you were in walking distance to the bars and restaurants.

We found the hotel to be really clean our room was lovely and the pool area was kept clean regulary.

Stefanos was our barman during the day, he was really friendly and you could have a right laugh with him. He looked after us with our drinks from the bar and made us delicious snacks, I would recommend that you try his carbonara sauce on chips.

Stefanos was our entertainment, he was fantastic.
We would definitley visit these apartments again and recommend to anyone to go there.

Trivizas is a tidy hotel with good staff .The only thing is they let local kids but they seem to gather in the pool area helping themselves to other peoples things and when they get stopped they can get a bit rough.

Very clean room, on site areas such as reception, restaurant, bar and pool kept very clean and tidy also. The room was cleaned daily and the towels and sheets changed once a week. Toilet roll was not replaced, we had to buy our own, but there is a shop on the same street that sells well known brands of all tolietries, as well as food, magazines, etc. Next year I'll save room in the case and buy shampoos, soaps, toothpaste, shaving foam, etc whilst I'm there!
The Travizas had a restaurant which was newly refurbished and looked great but we didn't eat in there as the young-ish staff, although always polite and helpful, didn't seem too enthusiastic about it as a business and hung out mainly at the pool bar in the evenings. Pool snacks were available during the day and were nice!

I went to Trivisas as a honeymoon for my parents, they took all three of their children with them. We had a holiday that was only self catering so we could go and explore, what is exactally what we done, there is plenty to do and see. The staff on site were friendly and humourous, also they all talked some English and taught me some Greek! where we went, was a quiet area that was child-friendly, but was packed full of excitement! Every night there was something to do, or something to see. Greece was a holiday never to be forgotten and i am planning on going again! being only eleven steps away from the swimming pool, from our patio doors, and only seventeen steps from the bar! The cleaners' come in on a suitable basis changing towels, and adding the extra toilet roll, mopping the floor over and changing the bed sheets. None of our belongings were moved, or stolen whilst the time my family and i were there. Next time i pack my suitcase to fly over to Corfu i will change my board basis to half board, that way you may save in the long run. I am deffinately going back when i have the chance as i thouroughly enjoyed my stay.

I have just got back from the Trvizas Apartments and i went with six of my friends. I would highly recommend for people to stay here as it everone was just so nice and the apartments were lovely and had fantastic veiws. They were so spacious and lovely the only thing was the shower but it was ok after you got used to them. The cleanliness was amazing and the cleaners came everyday and were fantastic, me and my friend needed extra towels and the cleaner was lovely about it and stopped everything she was doing just to help us. The location was very good and there were so many places to choose to eat, with a choice of english and greek and staff are absolutly fantastic.
If you like to go to the beach you will be very happy as the beach is about 40m away. If you like to go out in the evening then there are plenty of bars to visit and they are only a 10 minuite walk away so its not to far to walk but far enough if you want a night in and dont want to hear people walking back then its perfect. As for entertainment they have two pool tables but thats it, however if you want to go on trips they have a water park and a greek night which makes a great day and night out.
I would recommend this place for everone and i am going back my self next year with my mates.

We (2 adults & 2 children) stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for two weeks in August 2006. The apartment was very clean and spacious. It had 2 large bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen area. The apartment was very clean with a lovely balcony. The only problem was that ours faced the road and at times the moror bikes and cars were very loud, but the shutters did keep out the noise a bit. The apartments had a good pool area. We found the beds to be very hard and uncomfortable but got use to them after a week!!

The bathroom was clean and spacious but the shower had no shower curtain.
The room was cleaned on a regular basis by two ladies who were very nice, they did sometimes come too early especially if you fanicied a lay-in.

The chinese restaurant just next door was very nice.
Just outside the apartments and in front of the chinese are numerous drain covers that have broken covers with gaps in, please be very careful as my little girl slipped on one and ended up in corfu hospital with stitches. By the sounds of things they are not due to be repaired!!!!

The reps didnt help us much either!

We stayed in one of the 2 bed apartments on the first floor - the top floor. There were 2 large bedrooms, both with twin-beds; a small, but adequate kitchen diner with a frisge, twin-hob cooker, oven/grill, kettle and single-drainer sink; bathroom was quite small and had toilet sink, corner shower and hair-cryer; a large balcony with table and 4 chairs over looking the pool, bar, pool table with the sea visible to the side. Hot water was available night and day, but the pressure dropped every couple of minutes so taking a shower took a bit of getting used to.

You only get one loo-roll on arrival - after that you need to buy your own. Also there were no tea-towels or washing-up sponges, but we didn't do any cooking beyond warming croissants for breakfast so just left plates to dry in the rack.

The 'building standard' seemed very high - doors and windows all fitted cleanly, all the power points worked and looked reassuringly safe.

The location is excellent, being about 5-10 minutes walk into the main town, but with bars, small super-market and restaurants within 100 metres.

There's no manned reception in apartments, but the owner also has the Trivizas supermarket (200-300 metres around the corner so you can talk to him there - but you'll probably need to talk via one of his children as he has very little English.

We arranged a late check-out on our final day. It cost Eur20 (about GB£14) and so instead of having to leave at 12.00 we had the room until 7pm.

The mosquitos are a nuisance - but they're not confined to the Trivizas apartments and they don't use the beach very much. However, it's definitely worth checking the room before you go to sleep and taking care of any you can see on the walls and ceiling. We found a quick direct spray with mosquito repellent was more effective than trying to chase them around the room with a rolled up newspaper or magazine - especially if you've enjoyed the cheap beer and/or wine that's avaliable everywhere.

The pool was very good - extremely clean, but not too much chlorine in the water. It was generally pretty quiet - probably because the soft-sanded beach is only across the road.

The cleaners were fine, towels and bed linen were changed 2 or 3 times in the week. One of the barmen was a bit surly, but as we hardly ever used the bar it didn't bother us. Our sons thought the pool table was a bit pricy at Eur2 per game, but the cheapest they found was EUR1.50, so it seems to be the going rate.

We wouldn't go to the Trivizas apartments or Sidari again, but only because we've done it and will try other islands and resorts instead. If you're looking to go for a first visit or a second visit in a different part of town, then it's great.

On arriving at this accomodation we were dissapointed in the brochure it stated there was a reception but there was not, had we known this we would not have booked.

The rooms were spacious enough and clean not enough crockery what we did have was dirty. mosquitos were rife here good job we had our plugins still didnt stop them biting me though.the location was good.

We found the staff very rude and not at all helpful. We would not visit again once was definitely enough for us, one plus side was the pool very clean and usually quiet so no need to fight over sunbeds.

I went to the trivizas apartments in july 2004 for my honeymoon. Having read comments some people have posted about it being bad i strongly disagree. The trivzas apartments were excellent. The pool was clean and the surroundings were kept neat and tidy. The hotel staff were really nice and they would greet you everytime they seen you. The location was brilliant. the only thing wrong with the apartments was the fact you only got one toilet roll on arrival, but that didn't matter too much as they were cheap enough to buy. the apartments were of basic standard, but were kept really clean.
the only thing i regret about my holiday was not booking a late check out room which meant we had too be out of our rooms by 12 noon.
I would definetly recommend this accomodation to anyone as it is in a perfect location. sidari and the trivizas apartments are fantasic and we have booked to return in may 2005.

I would reccomend these apartments to anyone, and dont know how anyone could say anything bad about them!

All the staff were very friendly especially the cleaners, who although speak no English try and help you no end if you have a problem. The apartments were spotlessley clean with 2 bathrooms and a very big kitchen/diner.

The pool is fantastic with plenty of sun loungers and a pool table, we stayed here most of the time although we did venture to the beach once but you really do have everything you need at the apartments with a pool bar serving food and drink all day.

The Trivizas apartments have to be the best we have stayed in while visiting other greek resorts in the past. Without a doubt i would recommend them to anyone and have done since we have come back.

The maids were in everyday which i have never known before and they were very very friendly, the apartments were spotless, well equipt from kettles to hairdryers double glazed. We stayed in a two bedroomed apartment on the top level (only has ground floor and 1st floor), which had two bathrooms and enough space for our family 2adults and 3 children.

The chineese located on the same ground is fantastic Spyros the owner is the most charming man you could ever meet very polite and curtious along with all of his staff who are very polite and curtious. The whole place is spotless and decorated to a very high standard for greece.

The swimming pool has a childrens pool and a bigger sized pool which is big and clean. I cant understand myself how anyone can complain about these apartments, i did not find them to be noisy at all yes the odd drunk going past but it certainly wasnt enough to annoy you and you are on holiday after all. there was no entertainment on the grounds at trivizas but there was still pleanty to do around sidari.

the only downside was the mosquitos that decided to eat my legs. We used a great travel place in the main strip in sidari called vellelos not sure if that is how you spell it but it was 3/4 of the price cheaper than booking with the reps. Also a great place to eat was Hawaii in the opposite direction to sidari main strip at the top of the road.

Sidari was a fantastic place would travel again next year definately.

I have just returned from two weeks staying at these apartments. I do not understand the negaitve comments that have been made. I found the room to be very spacious and clean, the maids were very friendly and came every morning. We had adequate self catering facilities, all of which was very clean.
Our room was one of the rooms over looking the road, however it was pretty quiet and it didnt bother us at all.
I found the apartments ideally situated between the quieter canal d'amour side and the main strip of sidari.
The beach is very close by and if you dont want to go to the beach then the pool at the apartments is lovely.
There is a poolside bar and plenty of sun loungers.

I stayed here for a fortnight in July 2003.

Whatever you do, do not be tempted to book the Trivizas Apartments as they are awful. It actually starts well when you arrive as the apartments are located right in the middle of Sidari, less than 50 yards from the popular Three Little Pigs restaurant. The beach is literally 30 yards across the road.

Of the 23 apartments 4 are right on the main road so expect noise at all hours and drunken idiots using your terrace for a rest! If you're in one of the apartments not on the main road I should think they're pretty quiet.

The apartments are basic. They do have a tv which is unusual in Greece. But the lighting was awful so bring as many candles as you can! There was only one cup, one knife and fork etc, and worst of all the apartment was dirty. I made the effort to watch the cleaners one day - they didn't even go in the bathroom!

The swimming pool is small but adequate. The apartments have air conditioning, but expect to pay around £4 a day for the privilege.

The owner (Spiros) is an absolute ** he basically told us to live with it or leave. When I asked for a late check-out room on the last day he tried to charge me £30 to have one for 2 hours.

Sidari is a great place for all ages. But these apartments are an utter disgrace. Basic I can live with, dirty I cannot.
