| said: When you arrive at the bungalows it seems very beautiful.
The pools lovely and its very pretty with beautiful pink/purple flowers all around but when you receive your room its very disappointing. The bedrooms are small and there's cobwebs everywhere and insects. The TV channels are not clear and there was an ants nest in our room, it was horrible and I felt like crying.
The staff were very friendly and moved myself and my partner to another room but yet the insects were in the bedroom and the bath tub was black with mould when you have a shower the hot water lasts minute before it turns freezing cold.
The staff are friendly and are always at hand.
We never ate the food as it didnt look to nice and the food was only ready at a certain time in the day it was always a buffet but next door is a mini market and a lovley pizza place.
When we went in March there was no entertainment at all but we went to town everynight instead.
The location is quite far from the town and you have to get a cab everywhere it was only 4 euros each way though.
