| said: We were a group of friends in our 50's in Malta for a school reunion.
This is a fairly large complex. The buildings are in local style. There are 2 levels of apartment. We chose standard and had a 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom opposite one another. Each had 2 balconies. Extremely clean. Linen changed regularly and towels every day. Working fridge and cooker in good size kitchens, each with table and chairs.
The lack of air-conditioning made life pretty uncomfortable, but they do provide ceiling fans in some bedrooms and portable fans in others. 2 swimming pools, both very clean with plenty of sun beds. One can rent swimming towels at reception. Internet access.
Tennis courts. Poolside bar with restaurant serving reasonably priced food breakfast, lunch and dinner. Quiet location. A car is a good idea to get out and about. Staff very helpful.
Would definitely go again in maybe cooler time of year and may go for Superior accommodation.

| said: We have been to this complex, I think its about 5 times, we go again in June 2006.
Staff are great, very friendly, any problems are sorted promptly. Its great for a relaxing and mainly quiet holiday. We have never met another English family there, majority seem to be Scandinavian, mainly Dutch, they have always been very friendly, in fact our son still e-mails two girls and a lad in Holland he met at Sundown 3 years ago.
Shame there is not much entertainment but it makes for a quiet holiday.

| said: Sundown Court Apartments/Hotel was set either side of a quiet road. We stayed on the "hotel" side which was better than being across the road. Our room was fantastic (I wanted to move in).
Large hall, spacious bathroom, good size bedroom, lovely huge kitchen/diner and lounge/dining room complete with dark wood table & chairs and sideboard! Most luxurious place I have ever stayed in. Kitchen was well equipped with proper electric cooker and fridge.
We had kettle, plates etc. Lounge had sofa bed (covered in fabric!) and 2 easy chairs. I could not sleep in the bedroom with my friend (I snore and fidget) so I slept on the sofa bed, it was the sort where the back goes flat to make small double, God it was soooo comfortable.
Maid came in every day, gave us extra pillows & sheets cos I was sleeping on the sofa and folded my nightie on the pillow every day. Apartment was ground floor with good size balcony area.
Could buy groceries via reception, shopping lists and information was left for us in the apartment. Staff on reception were very helpful, the place was very clean.
We were given another apartment when our electricity went for one night. When it was fixed they allowed us to move back as we preferred that apartment. Eat most nights in hotel restaurant, staff friendly and helpful, particularly Alfie.
If you do stay there please be nice to the cats that live there to, Malti little black boy & Mama the tabby.
