This "hotel" is actually a grouping of small detached permanent "huts" and a few basic coco huts. We have stayed twice; once in the ground floor of a hut with it's own bio friendly toilet (open-air hole!) and once in the basic coco huts.
The place is well situated up in the palm trees a short walk up the hill at the south end of Palolem beach. The accommodation is basic but the huts are very picturesque.
The open-air restaurant area serves lovely breakfasts and evening meals in a romantic setting.
The staff however are not particularly friendly or helpful unless you are part of an organised yoga group. The first time we stayed (April)we baked to death and weren't offered a fan. The second time (Jan) we froze and weren't offered blankets. They must have known what the weather conditions would be like at night. Also the local dogs are very vocal at night.
This hotel is a nice more upmarket base in Palolem than the usual run of the mill coco huts down on the beach. We paid 400 a night for the coco hut, 600 for the ground floor en suite. The other people staying there were all very into their yoga and extremely unfriendly to us mere tourists.
