| said: This was our sixth visit to Tenerife ,Los Cristianos , we had noticed the Dinastia apartments on our last visit in 2006 and decided to come to these apartments the next time we were here.We stopped in a top floor duplex penthouse apartment , 2 bed , 2 bath , huge balcony with electric awning to the lower level and a smaller balcony off the upper level, great views to the harbour and Las Americas.Sunbeds to both balconies were supplied, you could sleep till late then sunbathe on the balconies from noon onwards.Pool was great and never overcrowded.Goodfellas bar was available for that afternoon snack, very attentive staff !.The apartment was well equipped with more appliances than we made use of during our stay ( washing machine, microwave , oven , hob etc. it even has air conditioning , which we never used!)upper level bathroom had a huge Jacuzzi bath in it !,which went down well with our two teenagers.We had a hire car during our stay and parked this on the 'quieter' side of the complex , the opposite side to the supermarkets and bars , if you are on foot this side avoids 'Cardiac Hill' which is the steep hill up passed the Paradise Park Hotel and has more parking spots should you have a hire car.The complex is served by lifts so the stairs are not a problem.No entertainment is available on the complex but if you book as an independant traveller this should be obvious when you book !.All in all a good quality apartment , well equipped , well sited , good facilites , you will find cheaper apartments in the area but it will be obvious why they are cheaper !.We travelled Tues to Tues and the apartment was clean when we arrived but never again in the week we were there, maybe the management company needs to be more flexible with arrangenents ?.When we holiday in Tenerife again the Dinastia apartments will be the first choice.

| said: We stayed at Dinastia in Feb/March 08. We travelled with my parents and our 1-yr old.
The two-bed apartment we booked was fantastic and brilliant value! It is privately owned and we booked it through Holiday Rentals http://www.holiday-rentals.co.uk/Canary-Islands/Tenerife/holiday-apartment-Los-Cristianos/p67977.htm
We stayed for 3 weeks and had a great time. The apartment is well maintained and incredibly well equipped - a real home from home.
We had two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite) as well as a great kitchen, dining area, seating area and huge balcony with a sea view (just).
The only drawback was that the apartment wasn't cleaned in the time we were there. But to be honest, giving it a quick sweep and wipe over wasn't that big a deal.
The apartment also has a washing machine - essential with our little one!
The complex is lovely, has a great pool and people are very friendly. The pool bar is also nice and good value.
It is about 15-20 mins walk to the beach downhill. A bit longer on the way up! It is at the eastern-most end of Los Cris, but you can be at bars and restaurants in minutes, or stroll for longer and go into the centre. We walked on the promenade to Las Americas one day and regularly walked as far as Hooters (!) with our daughter entertaining the passers-by!
An amazing holiday. We will def. go back if we return to Tenerife. Lynne, the apartment owner, is lovely and can't do enough for you. Thoroughly recommend Dinastia and this apartment in particular.

| said: This was the 1st DIY holiday we have booked, it was fantastic, Dinastia apartments are superb, the apartment had everything, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lovely furniature, great views. A real community atmosphere around the pool, everyone was really friendly & helpful. The pool bar - Goodfellas was a great extra, superb food at a good value price & the staff fitted in well with the complex, they were very friendly & made you feel that your custom was appreciated. We loved the location as well, it was about a 15 minute walk, down hill to the resort, but we prefer to be away from the night life, there are a couple of nice places to eat near by & we loved Bar 39 - the entertainment was superb, after we had been once our little boy wouldn't let us go anywhere else!
We loved Dinastia, it is one of a very few places that we would visit again and anyone thinking of staying I would say book now, you wont regret it. Superb = 5 Stars from us!!

| said: What a wonderful holiday we have just had.
The apartment was 5 star with excellent decoration and all the appliances that you could wish for.
The swimming pool was fantastic even my wife went in who never normally does.
The goodfellas bar was excellent the staff especially Christy was fantastic, the chef Danny was great and seems to love a beer.
This is the only place that I would re visit.
Malcolm and June who owns the apartment could not of been more helpful they arranged everything including flights and airport transfers which can be booked through there company JR TRAVEL ( 01473 730291 ).

| said: We rented an apartment on the Dinastia Complex Privately for 2 weeks over the new year period.
The apartment was very spacious and modern and had all modern appliances etc. The apartment and whole complex is well looked after and is very clean.
There is apool bar serving meals and bar snacks but we never ate there due to the huge choice Los Christianos has to offer.
There are plenty of sunbeds around the pool but in our first week you had to be up ealry to reserve yours, lucklily we had 2 sunbeds on our balcony we could take around the pool. The pool, itself is lovely but be warned it is very cold!!
The location of the complex is very good in my opinion although you do have to walk up a hill to get there from the centre. The hill has quite a few new bars and restaraunts open and due to open so you can stop of to break up your journey.

When we arrived at Dinastia Apts we had a welcome pack couldn't fault the apt it was spacious and very clean with a lovely American style kitchen and fantastic bathroom with large shower. Also had it own safe which I feel is a must
We had a one bedroom apt for 2 weeks overlooking the pool area which was cleaned every day except for Sundays and had plenty of sun beds.
There was lifts to every floor (which broke down when we were there due to silly people overloading them)
The security on the complex was very good gates were
kept locked on a night and you had your own key with the apt to let yourself in.
On the complex was Goodfellas Bar which served wonderful English Breakfasts Drinks very cheap wasn't open until late so you don't get load music late at night and a good supermarket just across road.

| said: I found staying here not your typical family holiday, as this is a residential complex.
After reading the previous comments I feel I have to add my own views. There was no entertainment or staff you can contact on this complex, but this is understandable as most of the appartments are permanent homes.
Although the location was great we couldn't relax fully knowing that most neighbours were friends and we felt a bit out of place being holidaymakers, having to be quiet at night.
Would I visit again? Not unless I was looking to move there.

Attracting family orientated people and couples. The apartment we were in was excellent with everything you needed....very well equipped...just like your own home.
It also had a huge balcony which got wonderful sun from around 11.30 through till late in the day. Excellent for sunbathing. No problems with noise late at night and in an excellent area for supermarkets, bars and places to eat.
To my surprise ...much nearer to the Los Cristianos end of Playa de las Americas...a couple of minutes by taxi or car and approx.15 minute walk.
Will be recommending to friends and family and would love to return there soon...today would be nice!!!

| said: Wow... what a great apartment! We thought the pictures looked great, but in real life the apartment is fantastic, and really made our holiday special. The app had everything you could possible need, and was really like "home from home".

There isn't a bath, but the power shower was fine for us.

There is also a washing machine, all cleaning products you need eg. hoover, mop and bucket.
Everything in this app is like brand new, and we will be telling all family and friends, and will be staying at this app again hopefully.
This appartment is a must!!!!!

| said: Just returned from a brilliant weeks holiday at this new complex, we booked the flight and accommodation separately and would highly recommend doing it this way.
We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and it was perfect, it had everything and more that you could possibly want whilst on holiday, toaster, microwave, kettle, washing machine, iron/ ironing board, hair dryer and even had a plasma screen tv with dvd and a choice of films. There is a safe in the actual apartment to keep anything of value in but the complex seemed pretty secure as you needed a key to get into the apartment during the night as the doors and gates were kept locked.
When we arrived there was a welcome pack, I thought this was a lovely gesture, consisted of a bottle of wine, teabags, bottle of water, coffee, milk. I just couldn’t fault the apartment, it was bright, spacious and very clean (never saw one cockroach in the apartment which is unusual in Tenerife).
The pool area was lovely with loads of space so your not on top of each other like some hotels/apartments we have stayed in before, as there are plenty of sunbeds you don’t have to get up at the crack of dawn to get one, some days we didn’t get down to the pool until after lunch and always found we could get a sunbed. There is a pool bar serving food and drink at very reasonable prices. Great value for money.
If your looking for entertainment in the complex then this isn't the place for you, you would have to go into resort for this.
There is an exchange place with reasonable rates and supermarket right outside and some lovely bars a short stroll away, Los Cristianos centre is about 15 mins walk away but cheap enough in a taxi, we used to walk there and get a taxi back which cost about 4 euros.
I would definitely return to these apartments and would highly recommend Dinastia apartments to anyone.

| said: Dinastia is a residential complex most of which are full of people who live and work their, the kids could not have fun at the pool and if they went to the shops for a sweet they could not get back in the complex as owner/resident locked the gate.
There is a pool bar and the food is great but they have all their friends there so it is hard to get served.
There is no reception or no one you can contact on site. The only security is 1 man and he starts at 11pm. The pool water is ice cool and the showers don't work.
We were told to shut our balcony door if we were playing music the kids got a telling off from a man for using the lift and told to use the stairs.
It was a holiday nightmare no entertainment and dirty. There is graffiti on the walls and condoms in the stair wells.

| said: We stayed at these apartments for our annual summer break and they were perfect. We had seen photos of the complex prior to departure but the apartment far exceeded our expectations on arrival.
We had a one-bedroom apartment which was very spacious and had all the amenities that we needed. Kitchen was fully equiped: oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, etc. The living room was very large with two sofas, cd player and cds and a plasma tv and dvd player and had a great selection of dvds to play. This was great for on the nights we decided to stay in and make food ourselves. Also the bedroom was large with fully fitted wardrobes complete with hangers.
I cannot fail to mention the huge balcony equipped with table and chairs, washing line and our own private sunbeds with a spectacular view of the pool.
The location of the apartments was fantastic: a supermarket was just across the road and it was only a short stroll to the beach front and Los Cristianos centre.
I would certainly reccomend these apartments to anyone going to Los Cristianos. They are definitely 5*******plus.

| said: Having stayed at the likes of the Hollywood mirage in the past and the Beverly hill heights this would have to be some complex to be up with the best, and I can tell you it was.
We had a 2 bedroom apartment which we rented and if i only had one small complaint is that there was no ceiling fan in the lounge area, a problem come evening when settling down for the night. I spoke to one owner who had decided to install air con because of this.
The pool area has sun loungers but no parasols as yet but i am sure this will be resolved shortly.
There are lifts to all floors so good access for this disabled.
On the complex there is a bar serving food and of course beer owned by none other than GOODFELLAS. Great priced food with a breakfast costing just £2 and a pint of dorada just £1.
Great bar staff who will make you all very welcome.
Big thanks to Scott(chef)Hailey is girlfriend and my other favourites Emma(singer by night and a very lovely girl and Chrissie, I will miss them all.

| said: We stayed in my friends apartment on this complex for a week. The complex is brand new and not yet fully occupied but still quite busy. The complex is very clean and the apartment was second to none as were all the apartments from what we could see. This is probably because they are all privately owned. The location is great, not too far from the centre of Los Cristianos and the beach. There is plenty to do as regards day trips etc.
I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for something a little more upmarket.

| said: These apartments are all brand new, this apartment had two bedrooms one with bathroom ensuite, bedroom two two single beds. In both bedrooms there were large fitted wardrobes with plenty of coat hangers. Good size modern kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster ect and a washing machine. Large L shapeed lounge with TV, DVD player and large balconly with sun beds, patio table.
The good thing about these appartments was that they are cleaned before you get there and cleaned when you leave.
The clomplex has two pools one for children one for adults and a good pool bar beer only 1.50 euros a pint and the food is very good too!
