| said: The rooms by Goan standards are excellent, spotlessly clean, quite spacious, good outside areas, and good washing facilities, important when your staying for 6 weeks.
Owners Jessie and Max are first class, they will assist you with any requests you make (thanks for the iron Jess).
The girls who look after the rooms are very efficient and helpful.
Overall Mantheven Apartments is a little gem.

| said: Really nice place run by a really nice couple.
Max and Jessica are really helpful and sort any requests out.
We had a large apartment which could easily sleep a couple and 2 children.
Really nice gardens to sit out.
Adequate facilities for cooking if you wanted to and a full size fridge, essential to keep beer cool .
No air con in our room but adequate fans, we don't like air con anyway.
Really nice part of Calangute, we have been round holiday street 14 times now but didn't know of Mantheven homes before. We would definitely stay there again but they get booked up quickly.

| said: I know this part of Goa quite well as this was my 6th visit. These guest house apartments are serviced daily, so all is kept very clean and the cleaner has a friendly nature. Catering equipment is adequate, consisting of large work surface and sink, with two gas rings. There was also all the requisite plates etc and a full size fridge. Visitors have free access to a washing machine and open drying area. The garden is beautifully kept, attracting much birdlife.
Located about 5 minutes from the beach, adjacent to one of the best and stylish restaurants in the resort and just 2 minutes from other restaurants and bars.
The Owners, Max and Jessica are so friendly and helpful that they make this a home from home, without being intrusive. They are entertaining in themselves and willingly help or advise in anything they can.
