| said: Very basic hotel.
Staff are very welcoming and helpful.
Not the place to stay if you want a quiet, relaxing holiday as its very close to the partying zone!
On arrival we were horrified at the look of the place but after our stay we all have to admit it was the best holiday we ever had!!

| said: The rooms were very basic but our maid came in every day to clean and changed our beds once while we were there. We kept flooding the bathroom so she gave us a mop and bucket.
Location was excellent we probably couldn't have got any closer to the square.
Staff were really friendly, they remembered me going 2 years earlier!
Serious lack of entertainment, none at all.

| said: Arrived at the hotel about half 1 in the mornin went straight out on it! wasnt until we woke up the next afternnon we realised what a state the air conditioning was in, it looked like the wall had been knocked out with a sledgehammer and the unit squeezed in! we all came home ill because of the air con leakin
staff friendly and helpful, they actually put up with 4 lairy guys from essex which was a surprise.
one other problem i found is that River Reggae was fairly close and they kept open til about 7 or 8 in the mornin.
other than that it was a great holiday very basic but good would definatley consider goin back!

| said: The Self Catering Facilities were very basic - Only a one ring hob a kettle - not enough at all.
The room was relatively clean, although fresh towels were only provided once a week.
The location of the hotel is excellent, and is only a two min (if that!) walk from "The square" (go down to the bottom of the road.... right, down... and you're there!) - This did mean that you could hear music until 4am.
The staff were rude and unfriendly, and spent most of their time sat by the pool watching holidaymakers, which was very intimidating.
No entertainment was provided at all, apart from other tourists stereos blaring out at the poolside.
The rooms were very basic, with little space. The balconies are only large enough for one person, and the air conditioning leaks all over the balcony - hence the bucket provided. (Make sure this is emtied regularly... we forgot, and ours overflowed....)
