| said: When we arrived at the apartments we were given the keys to an apartment on the second floor( no lift) which was not great as we were with a baby. When we booked up we requested an apartment with a cot but they did not have one in the whole of the building. Could not get through to the reps so had to sleep with baby in a single bed for the first night. When i spoke to the owners the next day about getting a cot they were very unhelpful, but after many phonecalls to the reps (could not get through for most of the day)we got a cot the following night.Also on the first a second night of our stay fighting broke out in the opposite apartments at around 4am with no sign of staff or reps (Who live at the Flora Maria) we were left to listen to the fighting and trying to calm our baby. To top it all our coach that was meant to pick us up and take us to the airport did not arrive and it was only after 45 minutes of phone calls to the rep that we finally got a cab sent to us. All in all we would not recommend anyone stay at the Flora Maria with Olympic holidays. We were at a family wedding so luckily could escape to other hotels during the day.
