| said: Nice pool, unfortunately as is always the case sunbeds & parasols "reserved" from 1st thing in the morning by people who often did not appear all day. Notes in reception reqesting that this was not done so they may have removed them if a complaint was made. Guests primarily British.
Position Directly opposite the beach (we counted 100 steps from our towel on the beach to the hotel gates!) Road in between is busy...beware it does not seem obligatory for vehicles to stop when you are on the "zebra" crossing. About 20 minutes walk along a flat promenade into main town & majority of restaurants.
Hotel is painted a rather bright yellow which looks terrible on the photos - some internet photos will show it painted white this has been digitally changed (look closesly at the rather bad palm tree by the pool)in the Majorcan sunshine the yellow is not so bad and far outweighed by the hotels good points!!
Maids came in 5 out of 7 days, if you put the do not disturb hanger on the door they came back later. Reception & bar staff efficient and speak good english.
Hobby club had no entertainment...we did not want any but you could use the Hotel Pollensa Park facilities if you wanted.
We had an adjoining apartment with the other family group we travelled with (it had locks both sides to ensure privacy) but was nice as the children could socailise without going outside.
