| said: My family and I (Kids aged 6,10,13) stayed at this hotel in July 2006 and found the accommodation great, the kids made friends quite quickly as it is a large family based complex. The apartments were cleaned regularly and towels changed every two days. The entertainment left a lot to be desired but the kids enjoyed early evening entertainment while we got ready to go to dinner, this was usually parrot show,magician but this was not every day. The kids club was excellent, and enclosed sheltered area specifically for the kids and the staff were very good with the kids. The snack bar was o.k, but sometimes it depended on what staff were on that day. We tended to go to the beach a lot as you had to be up early to reserve a sun-bed, this happened even though people were requested not to. Once again I will mention that this is a family based complex and had all the noise to go with that, so if you are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday pick another apartment complex. We were often heading back to our apartment at 2 in the morning and there would still be people in the bar and in the pool area. We enjoyed our holiday immensely and are going back to the same complex again this year and looking forward to it.

| said: Stayed here last August and it was the worst holiday we ever went on. The apartments themselves are the standart spanish type.
The complex seems fine at first. However the problem with these apartments is the crowds who holiday there. They seem to be exclusively Budget Travellers all from Dublin.
The pool area is really crowded and really noisy with hundreds of children. Large extended families take over the pool area and those looking for a quiet relaxing two weeks in the sun need to go to the beach.
Lots of family fighting and rows to be had at night time also.
I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. Another lady who I work with had her worst holiday experience at these apartments too a few years ago.
My advice is to go to another apartment complex..but stay with lanzarote. I would not recommend anyone to travel with Budget Travel either.

| said: We stayed in this resort for 1 week in June '05. Two couples and we had a great time.
We thought the staff were very friendly and always helpful when enquiring about local amentities like restaurants etc. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard every second day. The grounds were spotless and lovely.We never eat in the hotel as it was burgers & chips etc quick and easy snacks only.
The pool was small and could get quiet packed during the day (slide for the kids)At night time I found it was quiet the odd few people making noise but you would get that everywhere. There is also tennis courts and small kids play area.
Entertainment was more for familes not for couples and young people.
The location was quiet good you are in the middle of everything and once you don't mind walking a bit its fine. Its just a short walk to the Old Town with all the beautiful restaurants (ask at reception what one's are recommended, all the ones we tried where recommended by reception and were beautiful)It is about 10 to 15 minutes to the new town and the beach and you are away fron the centre at night time so it is nice a quiet. When you are booking I would recommend you ask for a room down near the tennis courts as it is away from the pool and you don't get disturbed in the morning by the kids and main lobby is right beside the pool so you would be disturbed at night time aswell.
There a quiet a few steps at the enterance to the hotel and that would be its biggest draw back, it didn't bother us but I wouldn't recommend it to somebody with a disability or people with small children and in the budget brochure it warns you of this. (plenty of people with children when we were there + there is a ramp provided at the side of the hotel)
Altogether I thought this hotel was fine for the price you would pay to stay here. I would stay in this hotel again no problem.
