| said: Stayed in a beautiful 3 bedroomed apartment, set in gardens and overlooking two swimming pools and a bar.
The facilities were good, a 4 ring gas hob in the apartment was adequate for cooking. The apartment was immaculate and was kept so during our week stay. We couldn't have had a better location.
St. Nicholas is set in the street behind the post office on the main strip, so handy enough for restaurants, bars and shops, but far enough for peace and quiet. The hotel staff were friendly enough without being overly so.
To be honest there was so much to do, we were always out and about and didn't spend much time in their own hotel restaurant, but it was immaculate. The standard was very high. It was quiet when we were there but I got the impression that there was organised entertainment in the high season, ie carbaret, bbq.
The hotel also has its own beach in the lagoon which it runs a free bus to. There is also a hairdresser/beautician and barber on the grounds.

| said: I travelled with my husband and two children aged 11 an 13. We booked the holiday diy which I recommend, much cheaper.
on arrival at apartments we were greeted with numerous wild cats, (harmless though)which was quite scary for me at first as i am wary of cats, but throughout the holiday I forgot they were there.
There are 4 pools which residents can use, we always used the pool which was attached to the Tayfun apartments which are also in the gardens, although these have a seperate pool bar, which we ate at and can reccommend.
The family who own them are very welcoming, we are considering booking these apartments for next year, as they are beautiful.
We only went to the st nicholas gardens bar and entertainment twice throughout the holiday, as there were so many bars, restaurants etc in Hisaronu.
The apartments consist of one an two bedroom and some of them have been recently built, so they are really modern.
In the garden there is an abundance of fruit and vegetables grown, which residents have not to touch.
The apartments are cleaned every day, towels and bedding changed every 2nd day.
The apartments are in an ideal position, literally 1 mins walk to the strip, shops,azda, restaurants, bars etc. although because they are in gardens you don't hear any music from the bars.
I would recommend you book directly through the gardens and ask for a two bedroom apartment.
