rated the Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort and Spa as follows: Cleanliness Location Staff Food Entertainment	said: This is the forth time we have been to this hotel in Dubai and wow, what else can I say. The most amazing fantastic clean friendly safe place I have ever been. The staff at the hotel are amazing and know your name and room number by the 2nd night. They love kids too. Baby sitting service was fabulous and the sitter showed the kids different forms of origami. Food amazing and loads of choice. Sea water like a bath. The previous person to report on this may have made a mistake in his report that the hotel is miles from anywhere. There are hotels on all sides of this hotel which is on jumeirah beach. About 30 mins from city centre. Amazing shopping at amazing prices. Go to the gold and diamond centre for trust worthy sales. Not much entertainment for kids after dark so you end up in bed early but they are normally out for the count after being in the sun all day anyway. Hotel spotless. Rooms spotless. An hour and a half from Dubai, this amazing hotel is the only one on the beach for miles !! Has the largest pool of any Emirates hotel, very calm and relaxing. As its the only building for miles, your pretty restricted to dining in the few restaurants on site, or a themed buffet, good though they are. Breakfast was great. Only had 4 nights and that was about right (for me). Any longer cabin fever may have set in. By the way, the advertised night-club is now an Indian restaurant. The food was rated down only because you are limited, quality I couldn't fault. Staff - excellent Entertainment - none really, but a Diving centre attached to the hotel - went snorkeling with them saw a shark !!
