About 10 people arrived at this hotel together from the same flight and we were disgusted with the filth and standard of these rooms, they were disgusting. Don't get me wrong, the people were lovely who ran the hotel/appartments but none of us expected what we saw. Spider webs everywhere, dirty socks under the beds walls filthy. the doors were all kicked in and the locks did not work so no security for my 2 daughters who were next door to myself, my wife and other daughter. There was no room to swing a cat and no wardrobe space. you couldn't even put 1 case on the floor. the bathrooms were your worst nightmare Plus the bar noise was horrendous and went on till 6am - on our 1st night as well. we arrived at 12am but couldnt sleep because of the noise
I am cringing just thinking about it. We had to stay the night but all of the people demanded to move to another hotel, which we all did the next morning at a cost of £80 per room.
When I asked the Balkan holidays rep he said that this hotel was a BULGARIAN 2 STAR hotel, not a BRITISH 2 STAR. there is a massive difference between the two. Once again I feel sorry for the owners of the hotel because they were lovely but at the end of the day it was a hole. It suits lads who want to be up all night and sleep all day who just want a bed to lie in.
Families please avoid this hotel. Thats all i can say
