Very Very basic apartment but freshly decorated. Only bare essentials supplied for self catering. We had a one bed apt on the ground floor but suggest, if you can manage the stairs, an upstairs apt. as we felt very vulnerable and couldn't leave our windows open! The patio is the size of a small balcony with a communal path running along side and the advertised garden view is a 4ft hedge by the path. Don't expect 3* accomodation and you won't be disappointed. Staff friendly and shop cheaper than others around, in fact fairly reasonable. Beds very comfortable but put u ups rather hard.

My first time abroad and I absolutely fell in love with the place.
The staff were so friendly and welcoming.
The apartment was clean and the service was fab. Protaras is a beautiful place with clean beaches and some great places to eat. Can’t wait to go again.

Farkonia appartments are fantastic. All you need for a relaxing holiday. Very clean,friendly staff and lovely rooms. We enjoyed it that much we are returning August this year.
At first when we booked we were dissappointed to find out the hotel wasn't actually in Protaras but Pernera is just as good if not better than Protaras. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearly all of them very child friendly.
If you are looking for a lovely family orrientated holiday then you need to stay at the Farkonia appartments.Ask for Peter the barman. What a laugh he is !!!! Great with the kids as well as us drunken adults and he is only 25.
