just come back would not go again, rooms not clean had to ask for towels they were not pleased, staff not friendly did not get beds changed for whole holiday. cupboard coming away from wall, door hanging off. cockroaches. no entertainment, noisy. no airconditioning. on a hill do not go to this hotel with children. would deffintly not recommend.

On arrival we were told we had to pay 400 euro's deposit in case of damage to the rooms, after a stern talking to it was agreed everyone would be on best behaviour.
The barman was the most miserable we'd ever met so we decided to go elsewhere for the remainder of our holiday.
On the day of departure each room received a phone call at 10 in the morning saying we had to vacate our rooms, after rounding everyone up we got downstairs only to be told we wouldn't be having our bonds back as we'd overstayed and lost 2 keys during our stay.
Quite how this added up to 400 euro's i'll never know.
I highly recommend not staying at la era park.

we have stayed in la era park for many years now and are going back in jan 2009 staff friendly big balconies with sun all day long large supermarket near by we are both in our sixty s can.t fault it only down side is incline up to apartments other than that it is great mrs n blackwood
