hi.all........we have my wife and i just returned home after staying at this fantastic hotel.
from check in to check out everything was perfect.
the rooms were cleaned every day and the bed sheets and towels changed at the same time.
the cleanliness of the hotel was suberb there was always cleaning going on....
the food again was fantastic anything you wanted that was not on the menu you just had to ask and if possible it was done for you.
the staff were first class from the highest to the lowest member.
would i go back ....yes please and soon...
one point i should point out the drinks wear a bit pricey but who cares its holidaytime.
another point of interest you could use the other 5 eating places in the large complex...

The hotel was lovely, the staff were lovely and the food was great. We were in room 125 and every moring a herd of Elephants were in the room next door to us banging about from 5am every day. I compalined to reception and they asked if I was sure it was them, I said yes as the light went on then the noise started. Twice I complained but nothing was done, five star isnt cheap let me tell you but I wouldn't stay there again, they could have either sorted it out or given us a different room. Neither was done.

I stayed at this hotel and it was absolute luxury, it is opposite the Radisson sas hotel and in a quieter area of st Georges bay near st Julians.
The room were spacious clean and what you would expect of a 5 star hotel.
The pool area is amazing and the hotel lobby very impressive.
I would definately recommend this hotel and I will be going back.
