| said: Hotel was fantastic, in fact probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Because the hotel is about 14 stories high you get a great view from most rooms.
Hotel has so many staff, cleaning all the time, so its spotless.
Staff are very friendly and helpful from the reception staff to the maids, all speak english and are very chatty.
Blau staff try very hard to make sure that the entertainment is varied, spectacular and Cuban.
There was never a dull moment.

| said: Wow, what a hotel. The hotel was amazing, the staff were great wherever you encountered them, in the pool area, beach, everywhere. The hotel was really clean and well maintained, the food was really good with plenty of choices and even my fussy 10 year old ate well each meal. I was dissapointed with the food in the Al a carte restaraunt but that was only 1 meal ouy of many.
The beac is one of the best in the world and the pools great.
There was evening entertainment every night and that was excellent, we do not normally watch hotel shows but these were really good and entertaining.

| said: Found this hotel amazing, we only ventured out of the hotel resort once during our stay as everything we wanted was there! The beach at the back of the hotel is just out of this word, white sand and clear sea. It was very clean. The food was really nice here which I was surprised with as that seemed to be one of the main complaints about this place. We didn't find anything wrong with it!

| said: We were moved here from a different hotel. What a excellent decision we made to move. The Blau is absolutely lovely.
It is spotlessly clean, with extremely friendly and helpful staff.
The food is fabulous, came home considerably fatter than when we went.
We throughly enjoyed every minute and just wished we had moved hotels earlier. Would definitely return and highly recommend it.

| said: Location is good on a beautiful stretch of beach. Hotel is new, well equipped rooms, good housekeeping.
Grounds need more shade but pool is good, entertainment staff willing and all staff we met were friendly, helpful and cheerful.
Drinks were great (but we envied the canadians with their mega size insulated mugs)and you will always find something to eat at all the meals which suits you although don't come expecting a gastronomic experience.
Lunch was the best but subject to the odd queue but, hey, what's the rush? Hotel will be a bit quiet for all night party goers but suited us.
We tipped and handed out the odd gift but think that you would receive good service either way but thought that if we didn't miss it and the staff depended on it, why not.
In short, good holiday and excellent value spoilt by small My Travel aircraft and flight from Manchester via Gatwick (about which you are not warned - return to Manchester and on to Gatwick). Apart from that, loved it!
