| said: We arrived in the early hours of the morning and were not disappointed in the studio we had booked. Although not as big as we hoped it was more than adequate and always very well cleaned. We had frequent change of towels and bedding throughout our 11 day stay. We did not use the cooking facilities but they were adequate if needed.
The location was perfect just a few yards from the beach and also from the main street with numerous bars and tavernas. Despite its central location we never experienced any noise or disturbance what so ever. Costa in the Drunken duck bar (part of the complex) was always very polite ,friendly and fun to be around.
These were the best apartments we have ever stayed in and i would definitely go back. The scenery form the balcony was spectacular.

| said: My husband and I found the Matemy Beach Complex to be beautifully maintained, having had a major renovation just two years ago.
Each apartment/studio had an ample area, either balcony or patio in which to sit and enjoy the views, there was a kitchen area with table and chairs, microwave, sandwich maker, two hobs, built-in fridge etc.
A good size bathroom with bath,shower, washbasin etc., also a hairdryer. Each apartment had a safe, also a television. The bedroom was comfortable with adequate wardrobe space and plenty of drawers, beds were fine. All in all a well thoughtout apartment complex, good position, the double glazing blocked out any noise that occurred and the air conditioning worked a treat!

| said: The Matamy Beach Apartments are the very best we have used in Stalis. The building is about two years old and the decor inside and out is excellent. Everything was brand new.
Excellent self catering kitchen with lots of equipment that includes a electric hob with extractor fan, sandwich maker, microwave, fullsize fridge concealed in top quality kitchen units, all the pots, pans, crockery and utensils were of the best quality.
All furnishing was excellent quality the beds were proper divans with the best matteresses not the usual concrete slabs!
Bedding and blackout curtains were gold brocade..very classy! The bathroom had full size bath and a very powerful power shower! All fixtures and fittings were of the best quality. Outside the apartments were wicker garden furniture, where we ate breakfast in the lovely gardens.
This is the best self catering place I've stayed in. The staff were pleasant and friendly, the cleaners never seemed to stop work and all with a smile!
