The hotel staff are fantastic nothing is too much trouble, the doorman opened the door for you every time you went in or out, they checked our flights back and booked a limo back to the airport. They e-mailed to remind us of our reservation and there was one on return thanking us for our stay.
We had a king de-luxe on the 11th floor, we picked a yellow room (there was a choice of red, blue and yellow)everything co-ordinated down to yellow jelly beans and room fragrance. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in, the bathroom was very clean and chic. The shower was hot and powerful.
Everywhere was spotlessly clean,
The location is the best, you step outside into Times square. The hotel is opposite the Ambassador which has Chicago on.
We never heard any noise on a night time it was a quiet haven away from the hustle and bustle of New York.
The hotel has a bar and restaurant but we never tried these as we were out all of the time. But they both looked very nice.
We had a fantastic stay at The Time and I would not hesitate to recommend it.
