| said: We booked a last minute deal to the sun and to be honest we didnt have the opportunity to browse the brochures.
On arrival (at night) the hotel staff were very organised to deal with high numbers of passengers arriving in reception area. cases are left in central location, and you identify your case with your room number and the staff bring your case to your room for you.
Reception area very nice - spacious, cool, small internet and library area, comfortable sofas/chairs if you wish to sit away from sun.
Rooms basic but exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Bath and showern - both very clean and comfortably spacious.
Towels provided were crisp white - not the usual grey hard white.
Food - plenty of it and although usual buffet style, head chef very nice and would make you anything you asked for. Breakfast time, you simply must have an omelette or pancakes - both cooked fresh and to your specifications.
There are other restaurants on site - didnt try but others said they were very good.
Pool area - very clean, cleaned daily. Sunbeds very comfortable and plentyful. Towels provided and changed during the day if you wished.
Beach area - private beach as you walk through hotel you come to beach area - towels provided, sunbeds provided - very busy and beds can be quite close - I preferred the pool area.
Hotel has spa - amazing! Very reasonable rates and you are well looked after. We tried various treatments and was delightly enjoyable.
Staff - all male, all amazingly friendly, not creepy or in your face. Just very very helpful and just looking to make your stay more enjoyable.
They dont look for tips but sooooooooo deserve them.
You will find your towels folded into the most amazing objects!
Entertainment, there is not entertainment schedule in the hotel itself, however at the beach bar, there is nightly entertainment. Not exactly my cup of tea, but when in rome etc. We made some very good friends on this holiday, mostly in agreement over the dodgy singing acts (not just at this hotel!!!) so its worth going to see the entertainment, to make friends at least.
Hotel is very very very clean, in all public areas the floors are swept and cleaned very regularly, outside grounds are well kept and cleaned all the time. The plants and shrubs are sprayed to keep mossies etc to a minimum.
Overall - i would return to this hotel again.

Rooms rather dated but spotlessly clean. Rooms had satellite tele showing English films kids were kept amused.
Whole complex spotless, sprayed regularly to keep insects and mosquitoes away and it worked none of us were bitten.
Food- good choice, plenty to eat sometimes warm not hot but it depended when time you went to eat the earlier you ate the warmer the food was. Service was always excellent.
Both towels for the beach and the swimming pool were provided no need to take towels on holiday. Beach area spotless good sun loungers free of charge small childrens area with climbing frame and swings.
Situated very close to the centre of naama bay with all the shops including KFC MacDonald's and pizza hut- all very cheap!!
Would definitely stay here again excellent value for money not sure about night time hotel entertainment as my kids not interested in staying out late but walked around the town on an evening and it is lovely.
Paid £345 each half board booked by Imperial travel via teletext holidays holiday company was Panorama. Was cheaper to book this way than direct with Panorama holidays.

eating places, hotel is clean and staff very nice. Rooms basic but clean 2 pools, 1 heated beach 50m from
pool, ideal for disabled, on flat and ramps everywhere.
Drinks are not cheap so take the duty-free there is happy-hours at the beach bars 6pm---9pm and the seagulls bar 9-30----10-30 lots of cocktails and bottled beer. Try not to get put off with the flys they will annoy you during the day but not so much at night.

| said: Just got back and would love to go back again!!
Went with family (3 kids under 6) - location was superb - beach, pool, restaurant and shopping were all very close!
Food was great (and my 2 yr old twins are very fussy!).
Staff went out of their way to make us comfortable.
Accommodation was basic but excellent for our needs. We got our own 2 bedroom bungalow which meant the kids could have their own room without worrying about security.
£1400 all inclusive for 5 people flying from Bristol (where we live!) - and the temperature was a hot but comfortable 32 degrees with cool evenings!
And then there's the snorkelling.....
If you want a hassle free holiday you can do a lot worse, and no-one else we met had a bad word to say either!

| said: Have just got back from the Ghazala Beach hotel.
I found all the staff, cleaners, waiters etc very friendly.
We were all inclusive which I only found out about by asking when enquiring on the phone when booking. In the brochures and on the net it only advertises b&b for some reason not known to me.
The food was pretty bland and only just warm (which must be the norm in Egypt)because I stayed in Sharks Bay in April and that was same.
The rooms were basic but kept spotlessly clean, clean towels every day.
I would definitely visit this hotel again.
The entertainment was good at the beach bar till midnight.
The hotel has it's own beach which is kept clean and tidy, plenty of sunbeds.
