| said: Arrived 9th September 2006 for 2 weeks first impressions were good. The room was of a good size beds were comfy also had a mini fridge.
Breakfast was very disappointing apart from bacon nothing else appealed mainly cold meats not a English menu. Evening meal was slightly better food was cooked well but menu was limited and when the food trays were empty you would have a long wait to be fed as they didn't seem keen on refilling the trays and when they did it was only a plate full at a time. Brought the guests together as we found it quite comical hoping to get a meal we wanted due to not enough food being put out.
The entertainment in the hotel was an organ player who started during meal times not everybody's cup of tea.
The hotel is situated about 5 minutes from local bars and a 10 minute tram ride to centre of town.
The towels were changed daily but the bedding only once a week, all in all a clean hotel but the meals let the hotel down badly.

| said: We went on a Half Board basis, but unfortunately we only ate at the hotel 5 times in 2 weeks.
There was no entertainment to speak off, unless you liked to listen to the gentleman playing his piano.
The hotel staff were always very friendly and the rooms were cleaned only a daily basis. Clean towels provided every 2-3 days and the bedding was changed.
Only a small pool area, but it was always clean and tidy and the pool side bar staff were always very friendly

Great location 30m to beach!
Food very good, quite repeative.
Staff are excellent.

| said: This is a superb hotel, and is basicaly too good for words, you need to go and see yourself!
The staff are extreamly polite and very helpful, and speak good english.
The location is super- about 30 metres from beach, not too central but thats great because you get peace and quiet.
The food is very good, and all well-cooked and certainly edable. Also a good choice, and is not too repetive like other Bulgarian hotels.

| said: On a arrival we werent very impressed ny the way this hotel looked compared to others that we had seen, but on entering the hotel was lovely, really clean infact immaculate, the staff are lovely and will go out there wat to accomodate your needs,
before going to bulgaria we had heard all the horror stories about the food in bulgaria but the food in this hotel was great, it caters for all needs with a good variety, although it sometimes got a bit repetative for breakfast. Valentine the waiter was lovely he whisked an empty plate away in seconds, sometimes to fast bless him. The pool staff are great and there cocktails are good to. One thing I would say though is one of the women who changes your money over was ripping everyone off but not alot realsed till the second or fourth time.she was skimming 10 lev from you, by short changing but I caught her out but she will continue doing it so make sure you count it infront of her after shes counted it out to you.
No air-conditioning in the rooms so it did get really hot. The resort itself is very much like blackpool with Sun but the whole family loved it. Cheap and cheerful but really friendly. The beach is gorgeous. We went to Bourgas but none of us was impressed the beggars we everywhere and not much heart to it. overall a great holiday and we will definetly be going back next year.
