| said: FRom looking at reviews before visting a bit worried. Having just returned aug 2008 I am now trying to book for next year. Went with child of 9 years old. APartment very clean and 5 minutes fromn beach. Staff very pleasant and maid very thorough with clean.
Two things water extremly hot care needed and the bath was very slippy as someone with joint problems care needed. Entertainment was excellent. There was so much to do we could not do it all.
One dissappointment was when we tried to book for outside trips they were all fully booked. Book in advance is needed. The trip we did go on to the Music Hall Tavern in Puerto Carmen was excellent.

| said: the food was good. not a lot of choice but good decent standard.very clean accomodation.location good if you take shortcut through flamingo playa opposite.staff very good .no problen getting drinks .just a tip ,try to get an odd number bungalow as these get sun all day

| said: Was initially quite wary about this hotel as there was not a single report, however, I had a great time!! The food was VERY good, always a large variety of well cooked dishes and salads/pasta etc.. and they were always stocking up on dishes well before the end of the tray. If you are All Inclusive you can get a wide variety of drinks, and the soft drinks, beer, wine, water and hot drinks were all avaiable on tap!! So no waiting to be served. The accomodation was well looked after and whilst we were there they were always bettering the place, with plants and gardening etc... Snacks are available from the poolside bar from 10 - 5 pm and ice cream avaiable for the kids from 3 - 4 pm. All in all I found this hotel very good and would most certainly return to these well run and well maintained apartments. Only bad point for us was that there was no balcony around the terrace as they are all bungalows and open plan, and therefore could not let the little one play out on her own. Pool area was nice with plenty of sunbeds and umberellas. It does seem a bit of the beaten track but once you have found your bearings it really is in an ideal location, far enough away and close enough too!
