Apartment immaculately clean and very well equipped.
2 balconies so you could get the sun more or less from first to last rays. Utility room with new washing machine and separate sink. Drying lines and pegs.
Reception only part-time so could be a slight nuisance if arriving late or on a Sunday when you have to go to other apartments for key.
Receptionists were friendly,helpful and efficient.
Ideal location for both the square and the cabaret clubs along Calle Gerona. Some noise from the younger generation leaving the clubs in the early hours but nothing horrendous though the noise may be worse earlier in the year. There was no noise from within the apartments. Only 3 apartments per floor and lifts quick and quiet.
Only minor criticisms were (1) the quality of the towels.(Take less clothes and wash them and use space for own towels)(2) The lack of any English Language TV Channel. We are not huge TV fans but during the storm from Thusday midday until late Friday evening we could have done with some distraction.
I would certainly go back to these apartments.

We found the apartment very clean and with plenty of useful kitchen resources. One disappointment was that we'd booked a two bedroom apartment for the four of us travelling (1 couple and 2 single friends) and although there were two bedrooms one of the bedrooms had only one single bed. There was also a bed settee in lounge - we were expecting double and twin rooms.
It is very central and although a little noise was apparent at night because it backs onto 'the square' it really didn't bother us - we were out in the evening until late.
The pool area was pleasant and there is a bar next to apt (Dominoes) where you can sit and enjoy a relaxing drink. Plenty of eateries around and only two blocks from the sea front.Small balcony which enjoys sun most of the day.
No entertainment in apt but everything you need within a couple of steps.
If hiring a car there is parking within the grounds- very useful in this busy area of Benidorm.
Really enjoyed our stay here and would visit again. can't beat it on price either.

These apartments were new and modern and very well equipped.They were well located aross from KFC on Calle Gerona. The balcony got the sun from around mid morning for the rest of the day. There was no entertainment which wasn,t needed their right in the heart of everything.Towel change once per week. Part time reception .
