| said: WE STAYED IN PHASE 2 OF THE HOTEL, TWO MIN. WALK FROM MAIN BUILDING,. OUR FIRST IMPRESSION OF PHASE 2 WAS THAT IT WAS VERY SCRUFFY AND THAT WE MIGHT NOT STAY THERE. BUT WHEN GOT TO OUR ROOM IT WAS NICE AND SPOTLESSLY CLEAN. WE HAD A LARGE SITTING ROOM WITH A BIG BOLCONY,A WASH ROOM/KITCHEN,A SHOWER ROOM AND A FAIR SIZED BEDROOM. BREAKFAST WAS THE USUAL ,WITH TWO EGGS COOKED TO YOUR CHOICE. THE STAFF WERE VERY NICE AND VERY HELPFULL.THE BEACH WAS NEARLY HALF HOURS WALK AWAY,OR YOU COULD GET A TAXI FOR 50 R ABOUT 80PENCE.THERE WAS LOTS OF GOOD RESTURANTS WITHIN 10 MIN. WALK. WE HAD A GREAT HOLIDAY....

| said: As soon as we saw the room we asked for a room in phase 2 of the hotel complex which was much cleaner and nicer, inspite of a few minutes walk.
Rooms are very basic, which is what I expected, but they have to be clean too.
Hotel has a pool and a kiddies pool and there are plenty of sun lounges available.
The best thing about the hotel was its food, and the non veg food in particular. They had some of the best kebabs I have ever tasted as well as great curries. Would have given them 5 for the food if it wasnt for the poor break fast offered.
Staff were helpful and courteous and pleased to help, although the waiters were a little on the slow side.
I wouldn't have a problem staying in the hotel again but its unlikely we would.

| said: Our room was basic but clean,the food was wery cheap and we never had a bad meal. Breakfast was only eggs fruit and tea coffee juice.
Location was good and the hotel had a sercurity guard on at all time's which made u feel safe.
The staff were friendly and always willing to help you.
We are going back this year but are trying some other hotel as we like to see other place's.

| said: We hired our apartment from friends of ours out there. Rooms very basic bedroom with shower room 2 toilets living area and kitchen.
Nice large swimming pool. A lot of apartments are privately owned with alot of the owners from Dehli. And you get some very stern looks when you walk around in your bathing suits .
As for food can't comment as I never ate there. Staff didn't have much to do with them but they always said hello. Entertainment again I was never around for it.
Location was very good about 5 mins walk to beach and they have 2 mini supermarket just out the hotel.
