| Built in traditional Greek style the accommodation is clean and simple and makes the perfect base for your holiday.
The Apartments
Some apartments sleep two and some sleep three which are ideal for two adults and a child under 10, although we can be flexible. Each apartment also has a wardrobe/hanging space, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen area with a fridge, toaster, kettle and sink but no cooking facilities. Outside there is a shaded terrace area with table and chairs and beautiful views across the valley.
The Villas
There are four villas altogether, two with one bedroom (twin beds) and two with two bedrooms (one double and one twin). Again there is plenty of space for your clothes and a bathroom with shower. The kitchens have a fridge, sink, toaster, kettle and a cooker so that your catering can be that bit more flexible. Villa No. 1 also has a table and chairs in the kitchen. The two larger villas have generous shaded terraces with table and four chairs and the smaller villas have a smaller shaded terrace with table and two chairs.
All accommodation has bedding, cutlery, crockery and glassware. The bins are emptied daily and the bedding and towels are changed once a week. |

| said: I found Nondas by reading this site. I was looking for somewhere traditionally Greek, not too 'resorty' and also reasonably priced. Nondas offered all three.
Tracy looks after bookings - her details are on their site and she's based in the UK, so it's really handy. You can't book through a tour company as it's independent, so you'll also need to book your own flights.
Nondas is self catering, but it has it's own bistro/bar, run by Demetris (Nonda's son) and the atmosphere is really chilled. The bar/bistro overlooks the bay, which is lovely at night, and the music is a real laid back latin/jazz/blues style. We realised after two weeks that none of the music had drums, which meant we felt really calm and relaxed after two weeks there. Also, Demitris is a really good bar host. There are hammocks in the bistro, so you can just chill out there or play backgammon or just chat away the evening.......
Nondas is up a hill - and it is very steep. However, it is a great location, away from the main resort and has the use of the pool next door if you fancy a swim. It is also very close to the beach and the main town.
Just wonderful.

| said: We have been going to San Stefano's now for almost 20 years, having been introduced to Nondas Corfu Holidays by a friend. Each year we have returned and stayed with Nondas and Sally, so much so that they have become close personal friends. They are both the most friendly of people you could ever meet. We even spent a year living nearby. Sally makes everything run like clockwork and is very very helpful, nothing is too much trouble for her. We have stayed in both villas and apartments and never had any complaints. They are cleaned daily.
Our favourite time was the evening where we could sit all evening at the bistro bar just soaking up the evening atmosphere.
The food is first class so much so we never eat anywhere else. Even when we resided there we always made the effort to eat at the bistro a couple of times a week.
The only drawback for some would be the steep hill the place is located on but its worth it to soak up the atmosphere and views during the evening with a cool drink from the bar. Dimitri is a first class host whilst running the bistro.
Immediately behind the apartments up a steep but very short hill is the tsaros pool bar with a beautiful pool which is a sun trap. The owner thanassis is a great character, always playing practical jokes.

| said: We really had a most enjoyable holiday at Nondas villas.
Sally was so helpful, and the atmosphere in general was very friendly.
The food served at the bistro was superb and the location was so central for the beach, shops etc. We came to look on the short but steep hill as a great way to get a little fitter!
Will definitely be back. A big bonus was the fabulous Tsaros pool at the top of the hill.
All in all a great holiday.

| said: We stayed at Nondas in September. I found there website on HT and what a great find it was. We stayed in one of the villas it had two bedrooms one with a double bed and the other one had twin beds and the kitchen was well equipped, table and four chairs were in a lovely well shaded terrace.
Bins and kitchen area were cleaned every day by Sally and nothing was too much trouble for her she really made us feel very welcome.
There is a small Bistro and bar on site and the food and atmosphere should not be missed there is only about 8 tables in the Bistro so sometimes you would need to book a table as it is so popular and the food is superb.
The staff are all really friendly and do everything possible to make your holiday one to remember. We had some great nights (and early mornings) at the bar talking and listening to jazz music with the lovely Dimitri.
The villas and apartments are approx 10mins away from the beach and supermarket so it is very well situated, there is no pool but you can make use of one at the top of a steep but small hill,we never made use of it as we prefered the beach.
We loved this place so much we are going back in May.
