rooms are good size, and felt very homely, infact "village" is correct in layout of hotel.pools are great, and activities everyday both adults & kids, including a 5 a side astro pitch which acts as a multi sports ie tennis, free use of sauna & pool 5pm=7pm,
and lastly make sure you try a set menu meal as chef here is very good.
ps, thomas cook rep was excellent i think she actually lives on the island, deffo knows her stuff.

I have stayed at this Hotel for the last two years, it is the best,I would go this year and every year, but the wife wants a change, the staff are very nice and helpfull, the food is great, and every were is very clean, and I mean very clean, I rate it as one of the best holidays I have had, O.K. it is the bests,The location is tops, the beach five star, the para glideing is great, they will dunk you in the sea then zoom you out again if you ask them to ,its great, the shops and bars are all very close bye, so no long walks, as every body knows the weather is great to, if you want a day out ,whats better than to go to Santerani, fantastic, I will be going again to the Alexander Hotel, so I might see you their, have a nice holiday, worth every penny.

This hotel was very clean both in the rooms and around the resort.

The pool area was laid out in different levels which was different but good.

We had breakfast every day which was superb - plenty of choice to cater for all European tastes even though it got very busy between 9 and 9.30 so better to go down earlier. Waiter service very friendly. Didn't eat evening meals at the hotel and looking at the menu it seemed to be the same choices every night apart from a couple of evenings when they had theme nights which were excellent. Lunch at the pool side taverna was good.

Location was central to everything in Stalis but not so near that you would be disturbed, plus its set back from the road so very peaceful at night.

Our room overlooked the sea and pool and was excellent. One gripe - only 1 news channel in English, everything else in German!!

As the hotel seemed to cater more for Germans, Italians and French with very few English, the entertainment seemed to be focused more for them, especially the Germans which was a shame otherwise we may have spent more time in the hotel bar in the evenings.

It was a great hotel with super facilities for all including tennis courts, a gym and a spa. Plenty of sunbeds and you didn't have to pay for beds on the private beach either which was good.
