| said: Me and my wife travelled to this hotel on the 2nd of october for 10 nights. This hotel is fantastic and could not fault it in anyway. Staff are fab as is the hotel owner apo, he is a top bloke and always willing to help out, which he did with us. Always clean every where, food very good and most guests ok. Ignore the other 2 reviews they must just be very picky.
We will be returning again next year and will be telling as many people as possible about this hotel as it is a little gem.

| said: after booking and paying the owner for return tranfers , he left the apartments then phoned to say he had booked a taxi for us and it would cost us another £45,6 rooms had things stolen from them in one week the owner DID NOTHING AT ALL,we ould never go back to the toksay ever again

| said: We stayed at this hotel self catering. I would like to start by saying that we have been on lots of holidays abroad and stayed in all different kinds of accomodation but the Toksoy has to be the worst ever.
We could not use the bar as they invited all there friends from other hotels about 30 at a time every night. The bar only has about 5 small tables so any outsiders us where not made welcome by the regulars.
This hotel is very small 1 hour from the beach. Pool about the size of a bath.
Over charged for everything. Air con 50 pounds for 2 weeks. Young people keep away from this place its like a retirement home.
Its not very clean bar like something from the ark. Rooms not very good. Staff not good. All in all the only holiday ever we are glad to be going home from. So our advice if you want a decent place to stay this is not it.

| said: The Toksoy is our favourite place to stay and it cannot be beaten. We stayed room only as that is all you need, because there is so many shops and restaurants nearby, which are very good quality.
Our rooms were cleaned every day and new bed linnen every 3 days. There was a snack bar by the pool and if they didn.t have it, they would order it for you.
Location was excellent, with everything within walking distance and the dolmus service was only 5 minutes walk away.
Staff were first class. The Toksoy is run by Appol and supported by his lovely family, also the staff could not do enough for you and they were always on hand no matter what time it was. Here you do not need the rep as most things are sorted for you with as little fuss as possible.
We have been comming to the Toksoy for 11 years and we are booked up for 2008, so roll on. I always enjoy my 2 daily runs around the resort and it's a good way of finding your way round quickly.
We look foreward to seeing all the regulars next year, with a fortnight of peace and sunshine, what could be better!

| said: even that this a s/c apt food was available and it was very good the cleanliness was second to none, maids in every day sheets and towels changed regulary .the location even though the apts where at the back of the town as the bus station was only 50yds away it was ideal . this is a family run and owned apo and his staff made this the best holiday we have ever had we will never look for anywhere else to stay the enterainment we had was very good but apo kept us all smileing he,s the best we will be back we loved it all of it. k&a

| said: stayed self catering at the toksoy, well what can i say it was brilliant. the staff were great they made you feel very welcome and would do anythink for you, nothing was too much trouble. rooms very basic but very clean.nice bar that sold snacks, swimming pool that was very clean only problem is it is deep and has no shallow end. over all most enjoyable holiday and we will be returning.

| said: Rooms are cleaned everyday, although there were some reports of some rooms with small ants in them. The complex is larger than 14 rooms having been extended a few years ago.
We were the first guests to arrive this year and were a little disappointed to see that they were still preparing the apartments. We were provided with a bin after 3 days for example.
The owner (Apo) was very friendly, and the prices in the complex bar were good. We were also a little disappointed that the entertainment they tried to provide was a little disorganised. Indeed the "turkish night" was cancelled on the day due in part to the fact that the previous nights entertainment was a disaster.
Overall though if you are looking for a relaxing holiday this is a good base.

| said: First came to Turkey in 2000 stayed at the Toksoy was really impressed with the cleanliness & hospitality of the owner apol & family & staff. So much so that we have been back to these apartments every year since, sometimes twice a year.
Can't wait to get back to Toksoy in may 07 if your looking for really clean & good apartments these are them & you will be well entertained with the owner apol.

| said: We stayed in this hotel in 06 and had the holiday of a lifetime. We were a young couple on our first holiday together and the hotel staff made sure we were well looked after. We became like part of a family and had many many laughs with apo and his family. We are hoping to return again this year and will hopefully meet some of the many regulars again. Overall Toksoy studios is a great hotel for a relaxing but fun holiday. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting turkey. See you in july 08 x.

| said: Connie and I have stayed with Apo and his family at the Toksoy apartments many times over many years and he is yet to dissapoint us.
If you are looking for a small family run apartment where nothing is too much trouble and you are treated as one of the family this is the one for you.
The apartments cater for all family groups young or older, married or not, children or not. The rooms are of a high standard, shower and toilet facilities are of a good standard and the self catering facilities are more than adequate.
Infact the whole area of Toksoy is well maintained if you spot a problem or a potential problem tell apo and he will sort it out immediately not that ever much of a problem with anything. You may think it is a bit sad going back to the same place year in year out, but at least I know what I am getting and I know what your missing if you dont go.
I have travelled a lot all over Turkey also and I will always come here as one word sums it up exceptional.

| said: Hi we have just come back from the Toksoy aparts yet again and had a brilliant time. The rooms were spotlessly clean every day.
The hotel owner Apo was once again excellent in every way looking after us when Sarah was ill.
We met new guest's this year as we went at a different time to normal but alot of them said they would go back to Toksoy next year again.
The food was of an excellent standard this year thanks to Aliv the new girl looking after the bar and cooking all day.
I have only been back 2 days and have already booked up for next year for 3 weeks.
If you want a lovely peaceful holiday with lots of entertainment these apartments are a must.
If any one is going to them this year please tell apo monkey boy says hello.

| said: After reading reports on these apartments I was looking forward to our visit and I can say that we were not disappointed.
The rooms are cleaned every day and are spacious and ours even had new, comfortable mattresses ensuring a good nights sleep!
Apo, the owner, his wife and staff are extremely helpful. Apo even offered me his car one night, and as others have said nothing is too much trouble for him. Whilst we were staying at Toksoy we met others who were there for their umpteenth visit.
I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

The apartments are of a very good standard and maid service every day. The owners Apo and family will make your visit extra special,the food here is very good and entertainment with the barbeque night is excellent.
Apo will go to extreme heights to make your holiday the best. With only a short walk to the dolmus you are a short ride away from the beach.
Would return here year after year, the best holiday ever.

| said: We have been to the Toksoy Apartments now for 2 years, last year being the first and as long as we can travel to Marmaris we will be at the Toksoy on every holiday.
We have been travelling to Turkey for 8 years now and always try different apartments up until last year and we will not go anywhere else now. They are fantastic along with the owners who are a lovely family. I have never felt so relaxed on holiday as we did at the Toksoy, and to make it even better you more than likely meet up with the same people year after year and it is like a big happy family.
This was only our second time and there was 5 couples/families that were there already that we had met last year. What a difference it makes when you know exactly what you are going to and you also know that you are going to enjoy it 100%.
Appo the owner is just great and cannot do enough for you, nothing is too much bother. The staff there are also very nice and friendly.
We are already planning our trip for next year!
Everything you need is close by and with the Dolmus terminus round the corner, what more can you ask for!
Great holiday, great apartments, great family and staff.

We've been to Turkey and stayed at other resorts for many years, but Marmaris is our very favourite.
The Toksoy Apartments is the place where we have stayed for the past 8 years. This is our first choice and we would be disappointed if we could not get booked up here.
The apartments are very roomy and all with good balcony's. There is either air conditioning or you can hire a fan.
Cleanliness is excellent, as the maids check your room every day
It is a very social and sociable place and it does not take you long to get to know people and for you to make friends.
The apartments are family owned, by a really lovely Turkish couple, who have 2 small children and they are usually on site, so if there is a problem then they can sort it for you. Nothing is any bother to them. You very rarely need the rep.
The apartments are pristine and the staff are excellent and most helpful, with a great sense of humour.
The pool is just the right size and great for you to cool off in.

| said: We travelled to the Toksoy studio on the 29th of August and we stayed for 2 weeks. As this was my 12th time to these apartments I knew what I was getting.
Excellent clean rooms. Beautiful apartments set out of the way of the hustle and bustle of Marmaris town. The hotel owner (Apo) and family were excellent as normal, nothing was ever to much trouble for the if you needed their help.
Your rooms are checked daily and are very clean.
The pool is an excellent size not to big or small.
A lot of people who stay here tend to go back again as most guests are very friendly along with the owner!
The food was also very good with fresh food used ever day. The bar area is very large and the local beer Effes is very nice. You can also get Becks, Carlsberg and cider which are very reasonably priced!
I must say were had another Turkish night when we were there and for £10 it was so much fun. All our food was included and a bottle of wine and all the entertainment!!!!
We would definitely recommend their apartments to anyone, they're are fantastic!!!!!!!!!
We have already booked up to go next May again!!!

The hotel is in a superb location, 20 seconds from a Dolmus stop and in a peaceful area.
The owner and his family are absolute first class and are always willing to go the extra mile (even sropping us off in his car at the Bazaar one night.
Apartments are spotless and cooking facilities are first class.
You simply have to do the Turkish night as we had such a laugh belly dancing (even blokes get involved!)
I have to day, I've stayed in many hotels and resorts in Turkey and always like to try a different destination each year.... until now.
We booked for next year as soon as we got back and can't wait to see our new Turkish friends again.

This place is THE best I've ever stayed at!
Firstly, from the second we got there until the last moment we were there, Apo (Owner) and his Bro made us laugh NON stop..... one night i stayed up with Apo till 5am before crashing out next to the BEAUTIFUL, clean pool!!!
Right, food is A1, rooms are cleaned DAILY and to a VERY VERY high standard, ALL staff & family at Toksoy can't help you enough

| said: Hi, I stayed at the Toksoy studios in Armulatan Marmaris ( I have now been to these apartments 12 times). The hotel is just outside marmaris so is out of the noise of the town centre.
The apartments are spotless, cleaned everyday and the maids are very friendly to.
The hotel owner is one in a million, funny, helpful, entertaining always there is you need him or have any problems and his family are fantastic very friendly and always willing to help anyway they can.(They can not do enough to make you happy).
The food is also very good and the bar is massive and the staff are excellent to.
The pool is also excellent not to big not to small just right to cool yourself off. It take's about 25 mins to walk to Marmaris or just jump on the dolmus and your there in 5 to 10 mins.
I have never ever stayed anywhere in the world that you get looked after as much as here, nothing is to much bother, if you need something from the chemist and don't know what it says on the package Apo will go with you and help you.
They also do a fantastic Turkish night it's normally about £12 but all your food is included and I mean all the food(meat balls, chicken, pasta, village bread, fruit you name it you have it and there is plenty of it to).
If anybody wants a fantastic holiday good food spotless apartment and excellent staff and aparts owner you must go here, once you have been once I promise you will go back again and again and again. (As many of his guests do now).
Apo the owner make's your holiday here, he is there for you 24/7 no matter what time of day or night. He is very funny and also very caring.
Most people end up at the bar on a night time just for pure entertainment and a good old laugh.
There is nothing I can fault these apartments for they are totally fantastic in every way. You must go try them if you ever go to Marmaris.
We are going back on the 29th of August 2005 for 2 more weeks and also I have booked for next May already, I can not wait to get back!!!!
