| said: Tria Adelphia is a very nice family run apartment complex 4x2 bedroom, 5xstudios. Very clean and well maintained. Phillip Helene and and the rest of his family make you feel really welcome. This is our 3rd visit to the Tria Adelphia and we hope it won't be our last. Very close to local bars cafes and restaurants about a 10 min walk to main beach and village area. Rooms are cleaned at a reasonable time so if you have had to much the night before you can sleep it off knowing you won't be woken up. Great for familes and couples looking for relaxation. The food is great tria the spit roated lamb on sundays its to die for.

| said: This hotel is fantastic. We stayed in a self-catering apartment and had everything we needed. Pans, glasses, plates, bowls, cutlery and even washing up liquid!
The hortel is placed a good 10 minute walk from the restaurants and beachfront. Longer than 10 minutes on a hot day as the road is quite up and down so people with walking difficultied may struggle.
The owners are brilliant. Phillip and Helen make you feel really welcome and their son Yannis helps them out with almost everything! Helping his mother with bedding, bar food, generally cleaning up and testing the pool.
Apartments are cleaned everyday around 1-2pm which is good as you don't get woken up!
Poolside food was really good, we had omlette and chips. Proper chips that they had made themselves. Bottled water form them is only 50 cents.

| said: A family run business where you are made to feel so welcome and like one of the family. The owners make time for every single guest and you truly feel special. Food is available all day and the prices are fantastic, the range of food is wonderful and the food itself is exceptional.
The pool area is a great size and has a small swing park for the kids and a library where you can swap books and leave your read ones if you wish for others to use. There is a pool table in the library area where you can shade from the midday sun, not that I do.
The apartments are cleaned on a daily basis and are of a very high standard. You are a 10-15min walk from Arilas beach which is lovely and you pass so many lovely tavernas on your way. We have been 2 years on the trot (last year on honeymoon) and are booked with MANOS for this year.
Last time we booked it all separate by ourselves which worked out fabulous but as flights are expensive we saved this year by booking through MANOS.
The number of guests who return year after year is magical and we cant wait until we return in July.
The countdown is on. We could not recommend the Trai Adelphia any higher. A wonderful magical experience
