| said: We stayed at the Dina Apartments the last week in September. We had booked only one week before and paid £360 which we thought was excellent value.
The village street is quite narrow so the coach has to drop you off at the top of the village and it's about 200yds downhill to Dina. They will bring your luggage in a van but we just pulled ours.
We had a 2-bed apartment for 5 but there were just 2 of us. Needless to say the accommodation was spacious with a separate kitchen with full cooker, kettle and sandwich toaster.
The bathroom had a small bath with Heineken shower over (reaches parts other showers fail to reach. In other words nowhere to hang it). We had a big double balcony with a sea view.
Although the decor was rather dated it was very clean and nice. The furniture was in good condition and comfortable. There was plenty of wardrobe/drawer space for 4 people. There was a safety deposit box in the wardrobe which the brochure had not mentioned.
On opening it we found a packet inside containing the bolts which were supposed to fasten it to the wall! This is why we love Greece so much. It just cracks us up! Nothing is finished! Anyway the maid came in twice, in 7 days, changing the towels once but not the bedding. However we still thought Dina was good value and would recommend it.
It's in an excellent spot on the main street about 70m from the beach. There is a taverna opposite and supermarket virtually next door. Even though you are in the centre of the village it is not noisy. There is a place with a pool opposite as well if you do not want the beach. Enjoy!
