| said: Apartment- Good size but pull out bed not very adequate for teenagers.
Cleanliness - Apartment clean but only getting towels and bed linen changed once in 2 weeks is not very hygenic.
Facilities - Pool and pool area very dirty.
Staff - Non English speaking making it very difficult to ask questions and not very helpful.
Location - Reasonably close to centre of resort not to long a walk to get to beach.
Snack bar for food adequate and staff there extremely helpful.
No entertainment except for two pool tables but only one working.
Noisy, dirty construction site facing all balconies and noise from 7.30 in the morning.
Will never visit these apartments again.

| said: Cleanliness is very good although it will only be cleaned once a week but on our arrival it was spotless.
Lots of room in the apartments, with corridor separating the lounge from the bathroom/bedroom & kitchen.
Location is near the Flamingo Oasis/Levante Club/Melia Benidorm. An easy stroll from all the action but not in the thick of it.
Staff were OK, not unpleasant but didn't go out their way to help you.
If I was to go to Benidorm again then I would stay here, hence the yes on the ratings, but Benidorm is a dirty hole and I won't be back.

| said: Room.
Unsuitable for 4 people sharing, as only one bedroom.
Hotel cleanliness.
Reception area clean enough, the rooms you have to do yourself, ( no maid service )no fresh toilet rolls, no fresh towels.
Hotel location.
Fine, close to the bars and shops about 5 minutes walk to the beach.
Hotel staff.
Only saw the receptionist, and night security man,
( there is NO Portland/Thomson rep at this hotel )
The day before we were to leave, we went to reception to get the £40:00p deposit that we had to pay upfront when we booked in, and was told we would have to return between 13.00hr or 15.00hr to get it from the manager.
Entertainment.
None, there is only two pool tables and they were covered the whole time We were there.
Would I visit again. NO NO NO
My wife and myself booked this holiday of off the internet sometime last year, then in November we asked to add our two nephews to the booking. We had to pay full price for one of the children because he is 16 and he ended up sleeping on a pullout from under the couch in the living room. (Good job they were both boys) If they had booked separate to us they could have had an apartment to themselves.

| said: On arrival at the apartments the Thompson tour rep was unsure how to get in until we pointed out the reception buzzer on the wall outside, which was answered promptly. We were dealt with quickly and politely (little English spoken, but you get by ).
A deposit of 75 euros or £40 pounds is required and you are then given your key and told what floor your room is on! The rooms are very clean and spacious a nice well sized kitchen, seperate living-dining area with access to a big balcony from either the living area or entrance hall wardrobe space is ample, overall the apartment is very presentable and clean.
The apartments are in a short walking distance from bars, restaurants, supermarket - benidorm palace literally 5-10 min walk.
We hired a car for our stay and their is a 3 euro a day charge for parking within the apartments car park, but it is well worth it as parking spaces on the street out side are limited during the day and early evening.
The only worry I would have is that the building work on a new apartment block next to rosa park looks like it might not be finished until maybe early summer, the workers start about 8am and finish about 6.30 pm ( thats in winter)but it is not all that noisy.
Being Feburary it was cold at night outside but the heating system inside the apartments were great.
I would not hesitate to come again at the same time of year.

| said: The staff didn't speak much english but the only time we had to deal with them was check in/out.
Plenty of place to sunbathe small pool but not very big hotel so its was never crowded.
Not much in the way of entertainment, we were out most nights but the evenings we stayed in there was karoake which was a good laugh.
i would recommend this hotel to couple and groups of friends.

| said: Upon arrival we didn't receive as warm welcome as i thought i would however we were shown to our rooms which were at a very high standard of cleanliness. the kitchen even included a mop and bucket and there were plently of plates and cutlery.
The bed was very comfortable and the 3rd person slept on the sofa bed which was also comfy. there was plenty of room to cook and prepare meals and a decent sized table to eat at (in front of the tv) there was also a table in the balcony.
As far as entertainment goes there was just a pool table but in the evenings there was karoake which was a lot of fun and we spent most evenings there.
Its was in an excellant location near many shops to buy food and LOTS of shops for clothes, shoes and gifts. there was also a park nearby which was like a better version of a zoo and included a doplhin show, a seal show and a parrot show. its was only about a 15 minutes walk from the appartment although half of the walk was up a hill and it was in very hot weather but worth it when we got there.
The only downside is that the sunbeds aren't close to the pool so only brought a towel and suncream near the pool if we wanted to go in there otherwise we couldn't look after our belongings.
I would defintely consider going back again as it was an enjoyable and relaxing visit.

| said: There is no maid service, towel change or sheets if you are only there for a week. I didn't mind this - felt that we were doing something for the environment - although towels were a bit icky by the end of the week. And yes, rumours are true you have 1 toilet roll a week. Large supermarket (like Lidl/Aldi) not far away so stock up - didn't want to ask as reception have limited understanding of English.
Reception is very limited at the weekend but fine in the week.
Advice - if arriving at the weekend ask for a safety deposit key when you arrive because it is hard to track someone down else - they will probably give you the wrong one to start with so try it straight away.
The room was a good size - I particularly liked that the living area was separate from the kitchen which meant you did not have to look at dirty cups etc. Fridge is huge and freezer excellent - ours was set a bit low when we arrived - so check! Wardrobe and cupboard space was adequate for 4.
Balcony was a good size but we did have a view of a crane. We were offered the opportunity to cancel this holiday due to building work but glad we didn't because every hotel in Benidorm seemed to have a view of a crane. My husband was fascinated with watching how the builders constructed a new hotel (kept him quiet anyway)
Pool is small but adequate - good idea not to have sunbeds around it - you can always get a space by the pool or on the sunbathing terrace.
There is a bar and karaoke open till 12/1 a.m. They serve food that looked good but we never ate there. There are also vending machines in reception for pop/water and chocolate.
Overall this was a great place to stay- good value for money- now comes the BUT. Thomson/Rosa Park need to decide whether this place is for couples and families or YOUNG ADULTS. There were some rather large groups here and I am aware that this is popular as a late availability. Some were very well behaved but others were your classic lager louts - noisy, drunk and acting in a VERY anti-social way. On the positive side Thomson was very pro-active in giving these animals warnings and then kicking them out. So don't be afraid to complain! Especially if anyone takes glass bottles to the pool - the staff do frown on this.
