| said: Location excellent if you are flying out from T4, but if you are going from 1,2 or 3, there are closer and better hotels. Rooms very small with lots of niggling maintenance problems, staff seemed unsurprised and reluctant to put them right. Food was appalling, undercooked, small portions and over-priced. Have tried other hotels in Heathrow, many of whom are far better than this.

| said: We stayed in this hotel on a newmarket hols weekend from wimbledon tennis championships it was only half an hour from there right near the airport and only half an hour from windsor the destination we were going to the next day.
The hotel was very clean we had breakfast which was very good cant comment on any other food, the staff were nice but were let down by the breakfast staff that werent very good, I would use this hotel again.

| said: We arrived here on Thurs 22nd July the night before our flight from T4 Heathrow.
The hotel is very new, clean and modern and ideal for access to T4.
The rooms were not large but served their purpose.
The restaurant was ok for an airport hotel. They do offer a very well priced buffet self-service selection but to be honest, the food was fairly bland but it was hot!
We got the hotel to arrange our taxi for us the following morning to T4 which we thought was a rip-off at £10 so in future, we would arrange the taxi ourselves. On our return, the same taxi ride from the rank outside T4 only cost us about £6.50.
All in all though a cheap and convenient choice (especially with the £39 opening offer we managed to get!
