Although the hotel is predominately Scandinavians staying there and there were only a few English families but it was not a problem as some of them could speak very good English as could all the staff at the hotel.
The Hotel is in a very good position only a 10 min walk to beach but hotel does run a free bus service to Palm Beach Club where you can spend the day on a fantastic beach with bars and restaurants on the beach, you only pay for the sun beds and shades, but go early as all the beds as gone by 11.30.
The centre of Alanya is about a 30 min walk away or you can catch the bus from outside to hotel.
The hotel the rooms are cleaned daily and are spacious and very well maintained.
The pool area can get very packed so be prepare to get up early to get a sun bed. One of the pools had a children’s slide, and there is a small kid’s pool. And two other pools.
The hotel runs BBQ nights 3 times a week with entertainment also.
The shop in the hotel in a bit pricy but there is a little mini market next door much cheaper.
Beware when you first book into the hotel the receptionist will try to make you buy a safety deposit box and air con but it is best to come back after to purchase as you can think what you want better than as soon as you enter the hotel, some of the rooms are facing away from the sun so you may not need the air con anyway best to check your room first.
The overall views of the hotel is great, but would stay at the other side of Alanya if went again as more English holiday makers are that side.
Alanya itself is a very good holiday destination.
