| said: We arrived in around 01:45hrs and the staff were very pleasent.
Showed to our room on the 10th floor.
3 lifts in operation, so this caused no hassle.
The whole hotel was kept spotless and very clean.
We only tried the breakfast twice, which was not to our liking, geared for all forgein visitors, who were extremely greedy and rude.
The hotel is in a ideal location and is on the beach, also beside loads of resturants, bars shops etc.
It is a ideal base to stay for your holiday as long as you are just looking for somewhere to lay your head at night!
The swimming pool is huge, with plenty of sunbeds and was nice and relaxing.

| said: Hotel clean and tidy.
Food do not try it very limited.
Right on the beach, near too a night club constant boom boom noise every night from 11pm until 5 am.
Hotel staff very limited English.
No entertainment would not stay here again, could do with double glazing to keep the noise out at night.
Room clean and tidy, towels changed every day and room cleaned, walking distance to the centre with lots of shops on the way.

| said: This hotel needs a lick of paint on the outside to brighten it up. It looks like a hideous concrete block, particularly from the sides and back. At least the balconies are painted white at the front.
Inside it is much nicer and is very clean. It offers an internet club, a workout room and massage/treatment facilities. I only used the internet club.
The rooms are clean and the towels are changed very frequently. The bedding is changed twice a week. Our room was a very good size, plenty of space for clothes. There is a TV. No air conditioning.
It is located right on the beach at the southern end of the resort. The only problem is that it is situated almost right next to an all night disco which goes on from 1 am to 6 am, so don't expect to get much sleep.
The swimming pool is a huge olympic size pool, but is very bland in terms of decor. A few nice trees or greenery around would make it more relaxing.
There are 2 bars in the hotel, neither particularly relaxing.
The breakfast is edible, but it is so cheap to eat out we opted to do that as it is much nicer. Don't even consider going half board. I'm told the food is vile.
The main reason I wouldn't return is the all night disco.
Although it is rated 3 star in my opinion it is fairly basic and I think it ought to be 2 star.

Cleanliness is good, and staff are lovely.
The food is good, but a little basic.
Location is superb, right on the beach,
and the pool is huge!
Very good, overall!

| said: We stayed in this hotel in July and although it is very clean and the rooms are tidied and towels changed every day they are basic- more of a two star standard but this is a poor country.
There is no air con which made it hard to sleep, you can hire fridges and fans very cheaply.
The food is european as there are not alot of English people going over yet to cater for our taste. We lived on egg on toast for breakfast, everynight we would take a look at the food but decide to eat out.
You get 4 salad choices and 4 main meals yuk!
The pools were brilliant the kids pool was ideal. The staff could not speak very good English so it was hard to try and speak even to hire the fan.
Whilst we were there we only found one other English couple.
I'd recommend the Alba or Jeravi they looked absolutely out of this world but they were alot closer to the night life which may be a problem.
A clean hotel didn't ruin our holiday but wouldn't stay there again.

| said: My wife and I stayed at the Europa Hotel which is situated at the southern end of the resort.The hotel has fourteen floors ,serviced by three lifts.The exterior of the building looks like a concrete block.The interior is very nice and modern,corridors leading to rooms are tiled,the noise of people walking and talking over them goes on day and night.Dogs start barking at 5am and goes on for ages every morning this only affects rooms over looking the pool area.The staff are friendly with fair English.Rooms are spotless and towels and linen change on a regular basis.Breakfast is ok not great teatime the food was disgusting I felt sick looking at it,we ate out all week as it is so cheap.Pool is large and spotless.We would not stay there again.

| said: Ok it looks like a concrete half finished building but as they say looks can be deceiving and this was the case. The interior is very nice staff very friendly especially the porters who seemed to work 24hrs a day.
Well what about the food ok so its not uk cooking but when you are in a foreign country eat as they do it must be ok if they are still living kids were upset at the lack of chips but when I spoke to the chef hey presto chips appeared so here is a tip if you have a tongue in your head just ask.
The location was superb & the swimming pool what can I say first time I have been in a hotel with an olympic size pool.
Unfortunatley no entertainment in the hotel but plenty bars etc within 2mins walk.
