| said: Nice rooms, great Location.... but that’s where the good part ends.
Some parts of the kiddies play area were not to safe, broken climbing frame ladders fell off and left rust nails hanging out.
The hotel was clean. Located facing the sea, great view, really beautiful.
Hotel staff were not available to help much with anything as there was a wedding in the hotel when we stayed there. All staff were catering to the wedding guests so the rest of us may as well have been invisible.
Live entertainment in the bar, but when we left at 10.30pm it still hadn’t started.
Would not go back to this hotel because of lack of service. If there had been more staff on (because of the wedding party) maybe the service would have been better??
Dinner was delayed by nearly 2 hours because the catering staff were still serving the wedding guests in another part of the hotel!! Try explaining that to a hungry 7 year old!! When dinner eventually came, it was cold and had to be sent back.
Very disappointing. Won’t be back!
