| said: I have stayed in a number of hotels over the years, but this hotel must have been the worst. It was dirty and badly run. The whole experience was horrible, we could not spend more then 24 hours in the hotel and moved as soon as we could.
The rooms had not been cleaned for a very long time, the sheets had stains on and the bathroom still had old shampoo and soap marks.
We requested a up-graded room, I would not like to think about the state of the standard rooms.
The food was fair, although had a small selection.
I would strongly re-think about staying at this hotel.

| said: Hotel cleanliness whats this stayed for two weeks and our room had only been cleaned once even after complaining the bedding was not changed on a daily basis.
Staff were very un friendly and this was commented by a lot of customers that were there.
Entertainmemet is that what it was always seemed the same and was always locked at 10 pm.
This is a hotel that i will never return to ever again and have written a letter to the virgin rep a s well a virgin operator to voice my comlplain.

| said: This hotel is described as basic, and I'll tell you what, it was below what I call a basic hotel even by my standards,which aren't very high. The location was fantastic, couldn't fault that, right on the beach. The turtles come up to hatch on this beach which is amazing.
The staff were so unfriendly, I know that they can look a little sullen in the Caribbean, but this was awful. Most other people did say that as well, that were staying here.
Entertainment? Was there any?
We spent a lot of time in bars and restaurants in the crown point area which I felt was a lot nicer in comparison.
The manager of the hotel will be hearing from me shortly.
