| said: How much you enjoy your holiday at the Marina apartments depends entirely on what room you are allocated.
Unfortunately ours was on the ground floor and it was small and dingy. We did asked to be moved but it was not possible. some rooms here are good and others like our poor. this accommodation is located a short distance from the beach but you have to go through or round a large camping site to get there.
There was no other facilities at the Marina like a swimming pool, bar or lounge and from our experience thought it to be vastly overpriced.

| said: We had a tiny room that was damp and despite asking to be moved there were no other rooms available. Apparently it is pot luck whether you get a good room or a bad one, we got the latter.
There are no facilities here, swimming pool or bar and the studios gets extremely hot and the air conditioning in expensive especially in view of the overall cost of the holiday which was poor value.
We cannot recommend and would not return to this accommodation.

| said: The studios are in a prime location with the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets only a few minutes walk away. They provide a spectacular view of the mountains which form the backdrop to the resort.
The accommodation is very clean with daily maid service. Our towels were changed daily and bed linen three times a week.
Our only criticism of the studio was that the bathroom was on the small side but that was only a minor inconvenience.
The studios are run by a family who were very welcoming and friendly. For example, they put an extra bed in the room for our (local) babysitter at no extra charge.
The pool and bar had only been open a week when we arrived. Whilst the pool is small, it has a separate shallow area for children and has plenty of pool toys for the kids.
The bar staff were great. Nothing was too much trouble (e.g. ordering in our favourite, if unpopular, alcohol).

| said: The Marina Apartments are in a good position in the lovely resort of Golden Beach. The beach is 4 minutes walk away separated by a camp site which at time of our visit did not disturb us. There is a supermarket and a couple of tavernas nearby.
The rooms are basic and on the small size but clean and reasonably equipped and the staff are friendly.
There are no facilities on site (no swimming pool, lounge or bar) and whilst we enjoyed our stay here we thought it was poor value especially as you had to add on the cost of air conditioning which was both essential and expensive.
On reflection when we visit this resort again we will look for different accommodation.
