| said: we booked with sovereign, they had a mercedes at the airport to take us to the hotel, 25 mins from getting our bags to being in our room.
the rep was great very helpfull and never pressurised us to go on any trips. the hotel is like no other hotel it is quirky but stylish, there are always sun beds available no getting up early to reserve one, the restaurants are waiter service you feel as if you have gone to very good restaurant for a 4 course meal ever night, the grill restaurant overlooks the sea and is so cool and relaxing. We are late 30s and the majority of the guests were older, if you want a busy hotel with pool games etc this is not for you.
if you want to relax and chill out completely this is a great hotel, staff very freindly and efficient. we stayed in room 92 beds a bit hard but balcony and view wonderful. so much to see in the hotel, loved the underground tunnels that join he two parts of the hotel, girlfriend thought the little chapel a bit creepy ha ha. wonderful holiday will return

| said: This Hotel is a beautiful oasis - traditional, friendly, comfortable, and truly special - yes, it may cost you a bit more than your average package but this is no commercial, crowded tacky hotel it is how Mallorca used to be, great rooms, comfy beds (no MDF here, all antiques!) wonderful food and a private beach! The pools are heated and there is a complimentary nanny service July and August. We go back year after year, its like Loreal - YOU ARE WORTH IT!!!!
