j lofthouse from lancashire travelled to Biarritz Apartments with wintersunshine holidays.com on a family holiday. There were 2 adults and 2 child(ren) in the party. The travel date was 07 2005
rated the Biarritz Apartments as follows: Cleanliness Location Staff Food Entertainment	said: We arrived at the Biarritz hot and tired with two young children, the guy at reception ignored us until I called out to him. I knew he had seen us but I put it down to him being rather busy but I'm afraid I could not make any other excuses for his attitude towards us he just didn't seem to like the English. The apartments were occupied by mainly young german youths who took over the pool completely. We were the only English there which wouldn't have been a problem if the other guests had been friendly and a bit more considerate.
