| said: The apartments are basic but very clean with a towel change every 2nd day. No air conditioning but fans only cost €9 a week to rent and did the job.
There is a lovely bar serving very reasonable priced food in the complex, The apartments are about a 20 mins walk to the main part of Santa Ponsa, there are plenty of bars and restaurants adjacent to the hotel if you dont want to take the walk every evening.
The staff are so friendly and there is geneally a really good atmosphere. There are two swimming pools. The evening entertainment is typically Spanish holiday - mini discos, bingo etc - good fun. Games Room and pool tables is great for the younger ones.
I would definitely go back.

| said: The apartments themselves were clean(ish).
However don't expect to cook too many meals as the cooking facilites are basic, moreover the apartment is too cramped for two adults and one child, therefore dining in is not a pleasant experience.
The entertainment is basic, although the they boast of a full entertainment programme for adults, the occasional game of water polo and bingo is in fact your lot! The kids club consists of a room with one supervisor were kids can paint, get their face painted etc.
Some of the staff were consistently friendly and helpful, while others were dismissive and quite rude. The food was fine and the dining area and bar were clean, if dull.
On the whole you got the vibe that you were there for 1 or 2 weeks and nobody really cared if you enjoyed your holiday or not, it is just a job to them.
