| said: We've been to this hotel last year and the only thing I can say is: Never again! First we were put in the building across the street called the Havana. The first night was one from hell! The matresses felt like rocks, we could hardly move in our room, light switchers didn't work, and our balcony door was stuck and rotten. We heard our neighbours -3 boys - having loud *** (you know what) at 4am. It was as if they were in our room - Isolation was... well there wasn't any! You could easily follow a conversation between your neighbours without having to put your ear against the wall.
The next day we asked to be put in the main building. First they said it wasn't possible but after some really good arguments (they seemed to know very well what we were talking about), they eventually gave us another room with a view over the main pool. We thought it was much better, apart from the emergency door next to ours that lead to a staircase outside the building. The door was rotten and couldn't be closed anymore! Aside from that and the cockroaches in the bathroom, we thought we were gonna be ok. Little did we know... We haven't slept one entire night during our whole stay because of drunk people coming back in the early morning, screaming and singing and awakening the whole hotel! How selfish can you be!
Then, during our last night, we were asleep and we heard someone put a key in our door and opening it. There was someone right there in our room! Turned out there was a Bulgarian burglar gang in Mallorca that broke into rooms of people that were out partying! But luckily we were there! Those burglars pretend to be hotel guests that have lost their keys and at the reception they are given the spare key very easily. The people at the reception desk didn't seem to make a problem of it when we complained. It seemed totally normal to hand a spare key of a room to just about anyone who asked for it!
I will NEVER EVER go to this hotel again! They should close the dump!

| said: Where do I start. The only good thing I can say about this hotel (if you can call it one) is it was clean.
The staff were very ignorant and rude especially on the reception.
On are arrival they just gave us a map to our accomodation which took ages to find as it wasn't even in the hotel complex.
It was two streets away in a dirty back street in a block called Nubia. The room itself was nice and clean but like living in a hamster cage for 10 days no window or ventilation in bathroom which was as big as a toilet cubicle so after shower you couldn't see your hand in front of you for steam.
As for the food it's the worst i've ever experienced in my life. It was cold stale and every day chicken drumsticks and pasta and chips it was so bad we spent half of our spending money eating out.
The entertainment on an evening was diabolicle all i can describe it as is the staff messing about on the stage thinking they can dance act and sing. They did get outside entertainment in 3 times in the 10 days we were there but that was just as bad.
When we arrived the air con didn't work we reported this to reception every day on more than one occasion it took four days for them to repair it.
All the time we were there the T.V. never worked they kept saying they would send a technician out but still no sign when we left.
The last four days we were there they dug the road up right outside our balcony. The drilling started at 8.o'clock in the morning the noise was herendous. Couldn't even hang anything on the balcony because it got covered in dust from the roadworks.
On the night at dead on 12.o'clock security came round with truntions banging on the tables telling you to leave the area couldn't finish your drink or conversation you just had to get up and leave. It was like a consentration camp.
We were there for four days and the bedding was only changed once and that was for the last night we were there which I thought was pointless for our last night unless they left it on for the next poor people who were staying there.
This was a holiday from hell to top it all i was mugged by gypsies in Palma down by the harbour. Please take note of my review as I wouldn't want anyone to suffer as we all did.

| said: Let me start by saying I booked this holiday on allocated on arrival from www.sun4udirect.com on the internet and was really worried where we would end up. well I am very please on what we where presented.
The hotel is devided into 6 hotel blocks. we where placed in a block of rooms over the road from the main hotel and this was preaty noicey at night with people coming back from all the clubs on the resort.
Cleanliness - The hotel and rooms where very clean and our room was cleaned and towels changed everyday.
Food - I have been on about 20 all inclusive holidays and this has the be one of the best for food.. caters for everyone. Even english sausage for breakfast lol. I must admit if Iwas there for 2 week I could see the food being repeated a few times.
Hotel Location - The hotel location is about 300 mts from the beach down a small hill, but if you did not want to leave the complex you would not have to as this hotel had everything to offer. 6 pools - 4 bars - snack bar - sports grounds - gym sauna and jacuzzi.
Hotel staff - where always very helpful to us and where always willing to help you if you had any problems.
Entertainment - The entertainment team are very good, but a bit inexperenced but were a good laugh always around the complex talking to the holiday makers, plus they all talk about 6 lauguages. The bingo is really funny as it takes about 45 mins to play one game of bingo as it is called 6 times in 6 laungages. but well worth winning if you are lucky enough like us. Team did a Grease show that was really good and a great laugh, and even though we did not have kids with us we went to the mini disco every evening and had a great laugh dancing lol
Would I visit this hotel again - Yes I would visit this hotel again at anytime.

| said: Took our two grandchildren for one week all inclusive.
Hotel complex clean, the habana bay we stayed in was very basic, camp beds for adults as well as the kids, showerhead kept coming off reported it they came and fixed it by putting a new one in the same hole, still didnt work we ended up wedging it with a bar of soap.
The food very basic, kids lived on pasta and chips the snack bar was better they had burgers or nuggets.
Location okay 5 mins from the beach.
Hotel staff okay, entertainment poor, kids club the same everyday.
We were very dissapointed if any one is thinking of going try not to go in the Habana.
No air con and poor views if back of complex.

| said: A Fantastic place for kids and adults alike.
The food was 100% a great choice every day. from breakfast through to evening meal. Ranging from the most fresh salad you can think of to almost any other food. Daily bar-b-que up at the adult pool serving a different type of food each day from 1 till 3pm also pizzas and for a family that suffer with the holiday tummy trouble there was no sign of it from us.
The location of the hotel wasn`t to bada nice down hill walk to the beach taking about 10 minutes. But then you had a small uphill walk back home.
The hotel staff were very good always someome to help, people always by the 3 main pools cleaning up after people.
The entertainment was ok bingo every night which is an experiance in itself with kids mini disco. And inhouse entertainers every other night and then profeesional entertainers on the other night.
All in all I would definatly go back we had a great time

| said: This was our first family holiday abroad and it was booked two weeks before we went. Was a bit sceptical about going all inclusive (especially when you hear of bad reports from other hotels) but we needn't have worried because the food caters for all taste(English+continental) and you would never go hungry. There was a buffet breakfast/lunch/dinner-and from 10am-11pm the indoor self-service snack bar served a variety of food; chips, toasted sandwiches, nuggets, pasta, cakes, fruit etc
The pools (5 in all-1 adults only, 2 childrens, 1'normal' and 1 deep) were clean and warm and always had a lifeguard at each pool.
No need to be up early to get a sunbed, always plenty available even by 9.30am
This hotel is mainly marketed for the Europeans-German, French, Spanish, Italians etc.- and although there were some same sexed groups there, there never seemed to be any problems.
The cleanliness of the hotel was spot-on. There was always a member of staff cleaning up plastic cups from around the pool.
We had a problem with our bedroom door lock, we reported it and within 15 mins it was fixed!
Never saw any insects or had any bites even though we slept with our balcony door open.
The beach and sea was lovely.
Our children(11 & 12)joined in with a few daytime activities ie; aerobics, aqua aerobics, football+water polo.
Didn't have to wait long either to be served drinks at the bar(only allowed 2 drinks per person)
Rooms a little cramped with 4 sharing but that is our only complaint.
Fantastic hotel/holiday and will be going back next year-hopefully!

| said: The hotel was very clean the staff were brilliant the food wasent that good except the breakfasts. We eat most our meals from the snack bar which was mainly a kids menu.
The other thing was the lack of staff on at the bars, we waited 20 minuits in a que for a drink on several ocasions at the bar, the size of the hotel and the amount bar staff on at one time was a joke. The entertainment wasent that good either.

| said: The Hotel complex is very large and consists of three main buildings and two smaller blocks of rooms. There is a stage area that provides evening entertainment, although we saw no evidence of this, presumably because we were out of season and the full facilities were not up and running.
There are three pools, two of which are divided into two. The third pool is adults only. The food was very good. It was buffet style and we had the choice of about 5 dishes an evening, soup and sald. There were about 5 desserts to choose from too. Breakfast was very good. The full works every day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The complex is a five minute walk from the beach, however the walk is not good. There are three roads to cross (depending which way you walk down)and it is not always easy as they can be busy.

| said: What can I say! this was a lovely hotel can say that we were quite put off by some reveiws that we read before travelling but we need not have been! the hotel was lovely inside and out and spotlesly clean.
There were members of staff claening up all the time outside by the pool areas and we had maid service about 3 times a week.our room was small but but lovely and clean but you dont go on holiday to stay in your room do you?
The food and drink were wonderful and great variety although not that much for kids ie nuggets although my kids are not fussy any way but there is a snack bar that serves burgers, my boyfreind and I came back a stone heavier than when we went!
Entertainment wasnt too hot although there were quite a few good nights and we enjoyed the nightly bingo good for a laugh! My kids absolutley loved it and were made up with the pools and nightly disco.
