| said: We arrived very late and were greeted by very friendly and helpfull staff. All staff (even the cleaner) were very nice throughout the holiday and Murat on the reception was extremely helpfull.
The hotel was situated at the botom of bar street giving ideal location for all shops, bars and resteraunts.

The staff there were friendly and very helpful Murat on the desk speaks very good English & will help with any questions or any advice you need hes was as good as any rep.
The hotel in just off the centre but only a short work in any direction will get you in the middle of all the shops, bars, restaurants, disco bars, etc, but the rooms are well sound proofed, from the music outside.
The breakfast was a typical Turkish one, boiled egg, salami,tomato, cucumber, cheese,toast, jam & butter,or Turkish cereal,
This hotel is suitable for young & old, we would go back here again without a doubt

| said: The room was not thoroughly cleaned on arrival and only the double bed was made up. No sheets for the single bed. The room was not in great condition as the wallpaper was hanging off in some sections. The shower was not working and was not fixed until the second day. We could not move to a another apartment as the ground floor had mice and people were being moved upstairs, we were allowed to shower in the staff block. The bathroom mirror cracked down the middle on the third day and despite reporting it to both reception and the rep was never fixed. However at check out I was asked to pay for this but on contacting Falcon Local Office the hotel decided not to charge me.

| said: The hotel was very well located - right in the centre of all the bars, shops and resteraunt. It was also on the beach at the same time.
The rooms where cleaned everyday and also decorate the bed with flowers and petals - which was nice!.
The staff are very friendly and will go out of there way to make you happy. Drinks and food is brought to you around the pool if you want them.
There is no entertainment, however you only need to walk 10 yards if you want some.
We would definetly stay here again.... Highly recommend it.

| said: Myself and my friend Kelly stayed here for a week. We had a huge room but a dirty bathroom. The shower door was glass and broken.
Given that, I would still go back again as it was in an excellent location right outside the bars and resturants - you can here the music at night thought!
The staff are very friendly but not in your face like some are.

| said: My friend and I travelled to Gumbet last September this was our first trip to Turkey and I can honestly say it was fantastic.
We had a great time the apartments were slightly dirty and the shower door was hanging off. The apartment could do with being redecorated but as soon as we reported any problems the staff were very helpful and sorted it out.
The hotel is in a great location if you're up for a lively night out like us party animals. The hotel has direct access to the beach and a nice beach bar where the staff are very helpful and will even bring a drink to you if you're round the pool or relaxing on the beach.
The front entrance of the apartments are in the middle of the centre with clubs and shops all around.
We loved it that much we are going back to Gumbet this year to see our sexy men.
