rated the Tampico Apartments as follows: Cleanliness Location Staff Food Entertainment	said: we visited this hotel in the early 90's with cosmos.absolutely awful, many sleepless nights with people running around and setting fire to doors, yes thats right, cosmos useless put us off travelling abroad for ten years until we met firstchoice, which hasnt dissapointed us yet.
