| said: The Playa Grande looked a really nice complex, but when you arrive in reception you then get allocated to another bloke.
We thought we had booked a 3* accomadation, but the first apartment they gave us would not even get 1*. It was filthy and never been cleaned since god knows when.
The second apartment was not much better, but it had been cleaned.
Finally we did get a decent apartment, but all 4 of us had to share it for the first few days (which was a bit cramped).
The only reason we got a decent apartment in the end was because I refused to leave the reception and even told the guy behind the desk I would be sleeping on the reception sofas unless the found us a clean and decent place to stay.
