| said: The first week of our 2 week holiday,we hardly slept for the noise of next door,the walls are so thin,you can hear everything-i mean everything!
I really didnt get why people would come home at 2/3am to continue playing music & being really loud,why not just stay out?!
The food was vile,didnt look anything like it was described,unless your a fan of chips,you were stuffed.
The hotel staff were fantastic,they seemed to live there! Very clean,rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels.
The location is spot on.
I would never stay here again,im only 25,but i still need sleep!

| said: Stayed here to attend some closing parties. Got there at 3.30 am was tired was kept awake until 8am by the screaming women opposite.
Anyway the location is excellent right behind Eden and Es Paradis.
The staff are friendly and very hard working.
The pool is clean.
The food is rotten but we only made it to breakfast once. Anyway...apart from the walls being paper thin the hotel is OK.
They do need to have security walking around though because it can get a bit out out hand with the noise. I dont get it? Why sit indoors everynight like these people did making noise...the only time we stayed there was when we were tired.
And I've seen reviews saying take ear plugs...trust me...they don't work. Wouldn't go to this hotel again but been to Ibiza quite a few times...gets better every year!!

| said: Hotel Pacific is a friendly hotel, set back up a side street on the level so it's ok for people with walking difficulties. Ramp to the entrance and a lift to all floors. Not sure if wheelchairs will go into rooms as did'nt measure door ways and wheelchairs are all sizes.
Very clean and good base for San Antonio.
Hotel is very noisy at night from 2am till about 6am with banging of doors shouting and running about but not every night while I was there. I e-mailed the hotel after I got back home and asked if carpet runners could be put down to illuminate some of the noise from clopping of shoes, they said they though they were unhygienic and would wake guests up with machine cleaning them in a morning. As for the shouting and banging of doors they could not do much about as they didn't want to make it like a prison with security about telling people to be quiet. They also said if they had been told about the noise they would have moved me if I had asked but I didn't so suppose that's my own fault. That's the worst bit done.
FOOD breakfast were good with bacon, eggs, beans, sausage etc plus the cereals and Continental meats. Evening food ok not a lot of choice but enough to keep you topped up till a meal out.
The hotel has recently been refurbished, it has a good well stocked bar, pool tables and video games machines, also very cheap internet excess.
No entertainment on-site as regards live shows, but loads near too. Eden and Es Paradis 4 mins walk away San An 10 -15 mins away.
Hotel staff very good and friendly.
Would visit hotel again maybe early season up till end May or late Sept early Oct time as the clubs are closing down.

| said: Stayed half board breakfast ok with continental and English provided. Evening meal very poor not a lot of choice no choice for vegan or veggie people and very late meal times 8pm till 9.30pm dinner and breakfast times ok 8am -10.30 am
Location very close to Eden and Es Paradise 2 min walk
west end 10 min walk.
Hotel staff brill all spoke English.
Live entertainment none provided.
Pool nice and Jacuzzi which is payable.
This hotel is described as lively which is an understatement from 1am till 6am banging doors shouting in corridors and playing music at these hours. CCTV on all floor but with no sound to record the noise. No security as such walking around to keep the noise down, which would help.
Otherwise holiday very good.
