On arrival, when dark I was a little bit dubious to say the least. The bar and pool area is extremely limited. We are in a 1 bedroomed apartment, which were very clean and spacious and the air conditioning although very noisy was a god send. Position wise I felt it was a bit out of the way. The staff at the apartments were extremely helpful and friendly but I would not want to stay again. Just a note you have to pay for the air conditioning and for the safe.

The apartment was fairly roomy. We were given a two bedroom apartment with the lounge having two sofa beds in it. They were cleaned regularly and in general to an acceptable standard. One big draw back was the carpet in the toilet and subsequent smell from it.
There is a small sunbathing area around the small pool. The small pool probably just suits the amount of rooms there.
The owner and his staff were very friendly.
The apartment location is pretty good as well. You are next door to a well stock supermarket and about 200 yds from the main drag (Paphos - Tomb of the Kings Road). On this road there are numerous restaurants, bars, clubs, banks etc, etc. You can also get the regular bus service into the Paphos harbour area or up to Coral bay. The buses run every 15 - 20 minutes (It’s about a 20 minute leisurely walk to Paphos harbour / bar street).
In general, if you want a holiday on a budget where you can relax, put your head down when you want or take up the party theme then you won't go far wrong with these apartments.
One more point to add, if you're going to Cyprus for the first time then be well prepared for some seriously hot days and humid nights especially in July / August. (We were there first two weeks in July with week 1 averaging 45C and week 2 53C). As an indicator the pool at the apartments was a "refreshing" 33C with constant running cold water being pumped into it from 8am until 6pm
